5 star first week impressions only! They feel good quality, are very comfortable and easy to walk in! So I’m expecting them to wear well and last but only time will tell! If have a pair of timberland shoes boots for well over 20 years and still using them is anything to go by, then I think the quality should be there! As I said before only time will tell

Bought to replace a pair of Head walking / hiking boots that I've had for nearly 20 years & had eventually split after a very hard life. The Head boots were a great favourite as they were extremely comfortable. I had been drawn to these Timberland Walking Boots because of the many customer reviews of how comfy & trusted they were. Proof in the pudding is how comfortable they were when I first put them on, which I had not expected. I hope these last half the time of my previous boots and I will be extremely happy. Now planning a few shorts walks to see how much breaking in these boots need. Great price via Uttings online.

I’ll happily trade the reported rapid sole wear for great grip. My Brashers are 12 years old now and the sole is only lightly worn but the grip in the wet was dangerously low so I associate hard sole with insecurity on wet surfaces. The sizing was spot on for me. I take 11uk in shoes and 11 fitted well.I tried 11or 12 different brands of boot and was getting a bit despondent before a friend recommended Timberland for comfort and fit. Can't go wrong with Timberland boots!

Well made boots. Purchased these to replace a pair of Timberland Euro Hiker boots I've had for over fifteen years. There is still plenty of life left in the old boots bu I wanted a half size larger so I could wear a thicker sock with the boots. They are comfortable from the moment you slide your foot into them.

Great looking boots, always wanted a pair, unfortunately after a couple of hikes and city walks my ankles started hurting; furthermore, the “bends” that form on the front upper areas, close to my toes, when I walk push downwards and hurt my feet…

Top quality boots, for everyday activities.I have had several pairs of these boots over the years, including the steel toe cap work boot variant. Hard wearing, comfortable and stylish.Glad that Timberland still have them in their range.

Old faithfuls, amazing boots!

Had a few pairs of these back in the day, still my favourite boots to date but what made this purchase extra special is managing to get a UK 10.5 which fit perfect instead of having ,to order an 11.Arrived from Spain to Northern Ireland in less than a week!

One of the very best bucks down hiking boots available

Just got my third pair. The first pair I bought in the mid 1980's. The first two lasted a decade. The second pair I just Shoe Gooed and they will have at least another winter and year left. apply a slow, dedicated, break in. Leave enough room for thick socks or a second insert. A better walking boot than a daily work boot, but that's just my opinion.For work I like a boot that cinches more snug at the top.This boot offers the lower shin some ease when hiking; especially on an upward slope.

So I ordered these boots for my brother in law for Christmas and When they arrived soon as I opened them u could tell right away that someone bought them and took them back. Not only is there scuff marks and blemishes on both boots but therr was no paper in the boots which is a clear sign of someone reboxing them but also there is some grease like substance on the shoe divider. So needless to say I won’t be ordering from ur store anymore. Especially since when I got them I called and spoke to a supervisor who basically said well we can give u a 10 percent off discount if u still wanna keep them or u can return them. fashion boot not hiking boot

Unsurprisingly these are not hiking boots; minimal padding / support and not waterproof - the sides of the tongue are not sewn into the vamp so ok for walking the dog but thats about all. Length is true to size but these boots have a vast volume - changed the rubbish insole for the thickest I could find and can only wear with a thick pair of socks. Appear to be reasonably well made but time will tell....
