Overall; They are very well made, reasonably comfortable and my current go to boot. They are completely water proof which is brilliant.Sizing; As for sizing I am normally a UK 12, but for some brands I am a 13. I ordered the 12.5 which were too big, and reordered the 11.5. The fit is much better but they're quite tall inside the boot so you get a lot of creasing, which leaves marks over the boot. I've started wearing thick socks with them to help reduce the creasing. But overall they're great boots very well made and have served me well for hiking and general walking. Just worth going in store and trying out the sizing before ordering.Colour; The colour isn't as dark as displayed on the webpage and the collar around the ankle is a dark brown so isn't as ... I love these boots, they're absolutely gorgeous and I'm happy with them. Only point of complaint, and the one thing keeping them from 5 stars, is the heel slip.My god they slip so much, especially on the right boot. This slippage is usually accompanied by a squeak that, whilst not audible in most public settings, is annoying nonetheless.I fixed by adding a plaster to the heel portion and adjusting the lacing style but I'd recommend a rougher heel pad be added to them, maybe out of fabric or just something that's not as smooth. Do that, and these will be perfection.Until then, I will persevere with my pair until they're perfect.

Ive had these boots for no joke 7 years! The interior lining has rubbed away at the heel which is to be expected after all this time, but they are still very comfortable. They continue to look better with age, particularly with some shoe polish every now and then. They keep your feet warm and dry in winter, I highly recommend them. Only critic would be that I hear you cannot get them resoled, which for sustainability is a shame. When my pair finally falls apart, I will definitely be getting another pair but that doesn't look like it will happen anytime soon.
Excellent product, the item looks exactly the same as the photo. (sometimes photo looks a lot better than the item sent). I had some questions regarding the product and the support was very prompt and courteous when assisting.Flawless experience! :)
Very nice pair of tims! The leather is good quality, the fit and finish isn't quite perfect, but it's decent for the price. Foam inserts are ok and the laces are kind of cheap feeling. I upgraded those two things and its perfect. Definitely go 1/2 a size down from your normal shoe size. Overall, those are sweet and definitely worth every penny!
Received my boots today, construction and comfort is very good. The collar of the boot is brown and not black as the website image and the leather is very grainy which again is not how it's shown. To pay the top price for these boots which I deliberately chose for the way they looked has left me feeling disappointed
Great boots but the laces will wear out after a year or two and Timberland do not sell replacements that match for these boots - you will need to go with different colour tones. Really disappointing and i'm not sure why they don't make them! Given that the lifespan can't be extended by replacing laces I wouldn't recommend them.
Spent ages deciding which ones to get and where from as for me, it's a lot of money to pay for footwear. Went with these as nubuck seem likely to look worn out a lot quicker and when they do, they look really bad. These seem to age well from looking at photos and videos online.I could, and do, stand in them all day and they go well with most things I wear - apart from suits!Only thing is because of the recommended way of lacing them if you're not a builder or hiker, it makes them feel a bit clompy. Having them fully laced up is more practical for working/walking, but doesn't look as stylish.Mine have got a few creases in them after about 10 times of wearing but they still look great.I'm a size 10 for trainers (converse chuck taylors, addidas gazelles, nike ... Did try 9, but too tight and 10 but too big, so I'd say they're true to size.Only thing is the price. Do they need to be that expensive?
After many years of admiring others wear the iconic Timberland 6inch boots, I finally made my first purchase (a Premium Heritage 6inch boot in Brown) and joined the family.Out of the box they felt heavy and sturdy but after just two months of regular wear, I have significantly broken into them and enjoying every wear more. I cannot wait to have them completely broken in.I am U.K size 8 but bought U.K 7.5, yet I am still able to wear thick socks during cold days, therefore I recommend going half size down and trying them at a shop before purchase. Also, the toe cap is roomy, therefore you will not feel tight.Although there is some information out there about the tongue stitching hurting the ankle; which I experience initially. Also, the toe cap is roomy, therefore you will not feel tight.Although there is some information out there about the tongue stitching hurting the ankle; which I experience initially. The solution to this is simple, lace the boots all the way up! If you want to wear these premium boot without lacing them as pictures online, the stitching will cause you pain because you will have not completely broken into the leather. And you will be better off going for the nubuck leather which is slightly softer. I know this because I compared my pare with friends.I chose the Premium Heritage boots because unlike the nubuck boots, these require low maintenance. Scratches, marks, and dirt can be wiped down with a shoe brush. Even someone stepping on you new boots is not a problem, something I experienced in the Tube during my first week. However, the character of broken-in premium leather creates a unique and nice pattern which styles well with a pair of good jeans and jacket.Remember, if you decide to go for this pair be committed, through the wear and you will enjoy the benefits and compliments of having them.
