I bought in June these shoes, the black and white model. They looked so nice so I decided to buy another pair, the same model, only that I bought them in July, during the big sale.I've just received them, because I'm not living in UK, I'm ordering to a friend of mine and he is sending them in my country, where Timberland doesn't have an online store.When I open the box, I was surprised to see that the pair bought in July has wearing signs. It is such a disappointment for me.Is not my first pair of shoes bought this way, it happened in the past with other 2 pair of shoes that squeeze when you use them but I thought that maybe I wasn't lucky.It seems that in the big sale period, Timberland is sending shoes that are not ok.Such a big disappointment...
Metal lace loop presses on your toe. I got a size 8 and were quite tight and would probably have to go a size up for them to be not as tight and the metal loop not pressing on my toe.It's a shame because I feel the quality is great but this loop lets them down big time.
Be aware that the sizing guide seems to be inaccurate if you use the EU sizes. I have another pair of Timberlands size EU43 which fit perfectly, but they also say US10. This sizing guide aligns EU43 with US9. The US size is the correct one, these were too small for me, which is unfortunate given how expensive it is to then return them. Oh well, that's online shopping for you.

I bought these as a birthday present for my son - he has wanted them for quite a while!He absolutely loves them. The quality is second to none.They look amazing on him.
I have wide and flat feet. Not what these boots were designed for. Overall quality is good, but not great. I also received someone's old dirty insole inside of one of the boots. Imagine some sweaty german lad ripping off his insole to send you as a gift. Very heartwarming.
