I bought these with great confidence having tried on a pair in the shop and found them comfortable. However, once worn for a relatively short period of time (@1 hour), I find that the very last lower lace attachment has a rivet-type fitting on the inside which is not covered by any material, and presses down onto the knuckle of my big toe, making a red, sore mark after an hour or so of wear, and effectively rendering them unwearable. It makes no difference if the laces are tight or loose as the top of the boot comes very low across the toes. Perhaps I've just got big toe knuckles, but I can't recommend them based on my experience.

It is such a disappointment for me.Is not my first pair of shoes bought this way, it happened in the past with other 2 pair of shoes that squeeze when you use them but I thought that maybe I wasn't lucky.It seems that in the big sale period, Timberland is sending shoes that are not ok.Such a big disappointment...

Great looking boots, and great fit. They are comfortable from the very first wearing (or second, anyway, still needs an adaptation period, but then again, isn't that better?). Still look good after many kms of walking.
Metal lace loop presses on your toe. I got a size 8 and were quite tight and would probably have to go a size up for them to be not as tight and the metal loop not pressing on my toe.It's a shame because I feel the quality is great but this loop lets them down big time.
Unfortunately I have to give one star due to one of the shoelace housings failing. Really disappointing as usually Timberland footwear is long lasting and durable. Happened when I was away on a walking holiday as well so not good timing at all. I will asking for a full refund.
I have only worn them once but I am pretty good at knowing if a shoe is going to last and be comfortable and I can say that I am not disappointed… so far! They look and feel good and you can wear them with trousers, jeans or even cargo shorts like me all year round!!! Bit pricey for me but I know you have to spend the money if you want quality especially with boots

The tread on the sole allows you to feel confident on a slippery road - it has already been tested. Delivery in line with the directives of the store. When choosing a size, you should take into account that Timberland sews exactly in size, if you need to wear warm socks-take a size larger. Fullness corresponds to the middle leg no more. Thanks to the store, I will continue to buy.
Have these for a few months now and the lining heals on both boots has worn though. Terrible durability. This was my first pair of timberlands and won't buy another pair as customer services don't think it's an issue.
I had these kinda boots before about 10 years ago . but i brought them again because i remember them being so comfy. they are fab and absolutely great to wear timberland make such great boots. its incredible comfort 10 out of 10 stars 5 out of 5 stars fit perfectly just as they say. i got size 12 would recommend to anybody looking for comfortable boots.
