I bought this on Black Friday (so, it was on sale). But I will gladly replace this at full price when that day comes. My house is now much cleaner than it was prior to November because the floors are regularly cleaned. I vacuumed regularly before but I put off mopping as long as possible because the whole process was so tedious and effortful. I use this product twice a week now, more if I notice the floors are dusty. It takes me less than 10 minutes to fill the tank, mop (about 1000 square feet of hard floors in central living areas) and then empty and clean the dirty water tank. I can do this on one charge and with one tank of water. I have noticed the dirty water tank's water is getting gradually less and less brown, which tells me my floors are getting and ... MoreI bought this on Black Friday (so, it was on sale). Having the vacuuming and mopping task happen at the same time, and so effectively, is a lifesaver for a working mom of two small (and messy) children.

This is an extremely lightweight machine. Not just in actual weight, but in the job it does. The motor is not powerful, the spinner is not fast. You do NOT save time using this over mopping. You must go SLOOW, back and forth, several times, over each area on even the lightest of soiled flooring. You must clean as instructed, the spinner, screens, and filter after only a few minutes of use or it will stop working completely. It doesn't do well on tile unless there are nearly flat grout lines. What is it good for? Linoleum, very lightly soiled. Probably to have it charged and ready for a small spill in the kitchen while cooking, then set it aside and know you WILL have to disassemble and clean it before you use it again, even after only a minute or two of use. For $99 it is not worth it. This should be a $39 dollar machine tops.

This is my first vacuum that also mops the flor. I absolutely love it. My hiuse is constantly dirty from kids running in and out, crumbs and cooking, and using this vacum has saved me a ton of time! You do have to clean the dirty water container every time you use it, or it does smell very bad (obviously), but to me, that's not a big deal. The only negative I see is that the vacuum doesn't reach the corners very well, so I end up sweeping and mopping once in a while to get every corner. Otherwise, the dust just accumulates, but other than that, I'm very happy with this purchase. I do want to add that I have two big rugs, and when I'm in a hurry, I use it on the rugs as well, and it does work to an extent. It is not what's for, but it helps get a few crumbs out of ... MoreThis is my first vacuum that also mops the flor. I absolutely love it. I guess if you are willing to spend more money, you may get something that has more vacuum power and can reach those corners, but for now, I'm very happy with my vacuum.

I wanted to love this so much - saw it on the internet being used by others...sounded like a great idea. All my floors are tile - textured tiles - not smooth tile. I just didn't feel like it was doing a good clean on them. I ran a test first - on my clean quartz island.....ran the mop back and forth for an entire tank of water and the above photo is the "dirty" water....I even let it sit - hoping it was just air bubbles - and that was with NO solution added and distilled water....I just wonder if going through the filter produces cloudy water - even when a perfectly clean and smooth surface is cleaned. In regards to operation - in my personal opinion and experience - this was heavier than my mop, put a lot more strain on my shoulder and hip. After my island test, I ran it on my kitchen floor - after having to fill the water tank twice, with only half my kitchen done - I was done. If you have perfectly smooth floors with no messes in your grout to clean - then this will work great for you. It worked great on my quartz island top - but that's not what I got this for. I'm going to get a simple spin mop today.
Not sure why people are so excited about this product. First of, there is a difference between Ifloor 3 vs Ifloor 3 breeze. So make sure you view the difference and know which one you're actually getting. Breeze is the compact version and has less features. Less buttons, does not come with the 3 in 1 cleaning brush either. I find this to be heavy. It moves pretty much on its own but after awhile it feels heavy. Hard to manuever around the corner. Although the container show dirty water which make you think that it did a great job and in certain aspect it probably did but at the same time, it doesnt get rid of stains/residue that has been stuck there for awhile. Its good to pick up simple easy everyday dirts but its not made for super dirty areas.
Well, again negative reviews were right, however i will note most of the problems people mentioned were from not reading instructions. Regardless, it gets clogged so easily it might as well remove the advertisement that its a vacuum. You will need to sweep or vacuum your floors before use.The spray feature only works for a short period of time after turning on, but then stops unless you turn it off/back on; even then it's not guaranteed to work again. I'm confident it wasn't using enough solution during typical clean mode, because there was practically no liquid in the dirty water tank.Since the typical features don't work i say its cheaper to buy a tile vaccum that also works on carpet (this does not according to instructions). Then when it comes to mopping there are other products out there that are cheaper and you're more guaranteed to end with spotless floors. At times it wouldn't even pick up coffee stains (sigh). I suppose this would be fine for someone who doesn't care if their floors are spotless, but then what's the point?Definitely returning and using the funds towards a better option.
I was very skeptical after reading several reviews on several different machines although I am pleasantly surprised with this one. It works rather well to clean up animal hair and dirty/muddy tracks throughout the house. Unfortunately it does not get close to edges but I knew prior to purchasing. You have to hold the trigger down in order for the mop/water to engage…again, I knew this prior to purchasing but it is a bit cumbersome. Overall the machine handles very well and is easy to use. Cleaning it is a little pesky but again I also knew this would be needed prior to purchase. It still save me a ton of time throughout the day cleaning up after animals as they are in and out tracking messes through the whole house. Very happy with this purchase!
I purchased this item in October and our whole family was thrilled as we watched this machine plow through our what we thought were clean floors. This machine worked like an infomercial, you could see the literal line of clean vs dirty. I had no idea they were hiding so much. I steam mopped every 2 days sometimes everyday prior. This machine rocked, it took all the stress out of my kids spilling something like a bowl of cereal or a sticky drink, I would just whip this machine out clean it up and seconds and run it through a self clean. Occasionally it was a little difficult to get the containers back into place but even after months of use I never noticed any odd smells or "ick" trapped anywhere so cleaning it was easy. Occasionally it was a little difficult to get the containers back into place but even after months of use I never noticed any odd smells or "ick" trapped anywhere so cleaning it was easy. Then one day about 2 weeks ago it started smoking this thick white electrical smelling smoke. It was terrifying I rushed it outside and contacted the company. I bought it late October and it broke by early February. I used it roughly every 3 to 4 days. Followed all the rules. When I reached out to Tineco they took a few days and said don't worry, we can send you a refurbished machine, but you have to send the old one back to us. Prior to this I had another brand that also failed Me many t I mean and they just had me document the issues and trouble shoot with a tech then they sent a new one out. I had to find a huge box, pack it and ship it out. I am still waiting to see if they will actually send a replacement but I already know it's just a problem machine they just refurbished. So I expect in a few months to have the same issue. I wouldn't purchase again just based on the short lifespan
So, this mop is definitely not perfect. After reading the instructions carefully, My floors are now clean!the main issue for me was the leakage of dirty water. the instructions say specifically not to recline the mop too far in order to prevent this.. the only other con about this little machine is that it doesn't get corners or baseboards. for that some extra scrubbing power is needed.overall, I really like this machine since my small apartment (poor grad student here) is primarily carpeted with about half laminate flooring. machines water tanks and pre filter MUST be cleaned after each use for them to be effective and avoid ODOR. luckily tineco sends an extra prefilter to avoid the hassle of waiting for drying time.
