I bought the iFloor3 and it works wonderfully and I was obsessed with it—until it stops working! 4 times! It first stopped working after 6 months. It was a technical issue, the computer thought the dirty water tank was full even when it was empty, and I couldn't mop. So I requested a repair. After 1 month, they finally sent a replacement refurbished model that was also broken (the charger was broken)! Then they replaced it with my ORIGINAL, now refurbished iFloor3 which then malfunctioned in the same way (tank full sign) in 2 months. So I sent that back. And that one malfunctioned within a couple of months—again—in the very same way!I promised myself to stop sending it back after the 4th time it broke. It's possible I was doing something to unknowingly break it, but after so many issues I was definitely doing my best to abide by all the rules and avoid another trip to FedEx!

The amount of water left behind is minimal. My floors dry so much faster now.The front of the vacmop, near the brush roller, has a "high" clearance allowing me to suck up larger objects that my cr0sswave would have normally just pushed around. I have not found anything besides a pistachio shell that this thing can't suck. If this vacmop was a pr0stitute, it would be a rich one.Recently, my 2 year old decided to turn on the water in a sink that had no plumbing under it. Water ran through the sink and on to the floor. That's how hard it sucked!I did the spaghetti test - it works. The clean water tank is small but luckily this machine doesn't need much water to get the job done. The brush to floor friction is much stronger than the Cr0sswave's. For myself, this has meant that it is able to clean dry or "stuck on" messes a lot easier!I am aware it is not suggested, but I have used this on both carpet and small rugs. While it doesn't clean the rugs or carpet per se, it does do a great job vacuuming small rugs that usually get ate up in larger vacuums. Using it on my carpet wasn't very impressive but it did clean up small messes and did not leave my carpet wet at all. I would not buy this expecting to use it on any form of rug or carpet with amazing results (besides simple vacuuming). I have a maid that vacuums for me once a week so it works out for my family. My ONLY complaint is there should be more brush options. I have STONE floors and will still have to get on my hands and knees and Cinderella my floor with a stiff brush and bucket but not as often now. I wish there was an option to buy a stiffer, more harsh, brushes for those of us who need more scrubbing power without worry of scratching our floors. Also, cleaning messes that end up in the grout of my stone floors isn't very easy but I think this is ONLY the brush at fault here. It's a soft brush and doesn't expand into the grout areas, if that makes sense. Idk, I really hope Tineco creates more brush options for us! I will be the first to buy a tougher brush.Dear God, do not use any solution other than what Tineco sends you! I accidentally put the wrong cleaner in it and the pure force this liquid goes through when sucked back into the mop was enough to make the dirty water "frothy" and signaled the vacmop to say the dirty water tank was full when it was not. It also left the "froth" on the floor. The cleaner that comes with it leaves a clean smell and does a great job. I have used vinegar in the machine in my bathroom and hydrogen peroxide and both went over well but I do not suggest using any other "soap" other than Tineco's. You'll end up p!ssed with a mess! Disclaimer: You probably shouldn't use vinegar or hydrogen peroxide in the machine but I have three very small children who can't aim for a toilet and running vinegar over my bathroom floors gets rid of any pee pee smell. I know, kids are gross, I don't suggest them either get a dog instead. At least when they pee on the floor it's understandable.

I really like this floor cleaner. It works great to vacuum and scrub and picks up the dirty water so it does not go back on the floor and you get to vacuum and scrub at the same time. It is very lightweight and easy to use and cleaning is pretty easy. My only cons are the battery could last longer as we have a lot of floor to clean and it does leave a strip next to the baseboard as it can only clean so close based on the design. Fairly minor points as the big win for me is the reduced time to clean and vacuum the floors compared to the old way of dry vac first then a wet mop or steam mop machine. This is way better and it does a good job cleaning. Would recommend this unit and if the battery lasted longer and it got a little closer to the baseboard would give it a 5 ... MoreI really like this floor cleaner. I saw this on Tiktok and it looked amazing. It says it really cleans the floor. I have a broom, a swifter, and a wet floor mop. After I sweep and mop the floor is still dirty, according to my white socks. So I did some research and got it in the mail yesterday. I dropped an egg on the floor and the S3 picked it up and cleaned the floor. I had on white socks and the socks stayed white after the cleaning, great job.My complaints are1. The S3 doesn't clean to the edge of the wall. There a gap of dirt that is still there after cleaning.2. The clean water tank is way too small and have to be refilled often for my 3 bedroom apartment. I'm refilling the solution 4 times along with emptying the dirty water tank. And that it's it!!!
I have been saving this review for quite some time in order to give a fair chance to the device. First off, I will say. When the steam mop does work it does a nice job cleaning. It has pretty good suction for a mop and the floors look good after it is used. However, my review is based on the absolutely terrible customer experience we have had with Tineco. We bought this mop. And used the mop for maybe 1 month before we started to experience issues. We’re talking maybe 4 times total. Rather than return it or exchange with Walmart we read the instructions and addressed the issue with the company who offered replacement parts. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the problem. After weeks of back and forth Tineco offered to send us a replacement. However, they stated it would be a refurbished mop. While we’re hesitant, we were pretty desperate since it had been a month of the mop being broken at this point. So after about 4 weeks of back and forth they sent us the refurbished unit.Fast forward 1 month, we used it less than 10x. It will no longer charge. When we emailed the company. They offered to send a replacement part. We had a feeling the refurbished unit had more than just a charger issue but they insisted to try it first. Shocker. The unit still does not work, it will not charge at all. We have been emailing back and forth asking for a new mop, however they have stated it is out of the warranty period which is 2 years as stated in their manual. We have now had 2 broken units in less than a year and this 2 year warranty doesn’t seem to apply somehow 🤷🏻‍♂️My advice: don’t buy the unit.Other advice: if you still decide to buy the mop and have issues. Immediately return/exchange it at your place of purchase! I believe they know that they have a very high return rate and try to address it internally to cut costs.Hope this helps.
Cleans my apartment in just a single charge. Picks up everything small thing and shows how clean or dirty the floor is which is the best part. The only issue is that I have to refill the clean water tank nearly 3 times to clean my apartment. Wish the tank was a little bigger. Further, not sure if it’s the way I handle the vacuum but it abruptly stops and asks me to clean the intake and the dirty water tank. There’s usually small strands of hair stuck in the intake and I would have to clean it out for it to function as usual. We use it on the carpet as well without water. It works okay. Cleans the carpet good enough but not throughly. Overall it’s a good vacuum and a great one if you want to vac and mop together.
I purchased this vacuum April 2022 and I’ve already sent it back twice to fix the same issue. The vacuum started leaving puddles all over my floor, once fixed it runs well but I started having the same issue within a month. I now received my vacuum for a second time and it doesn’t turn on at all. Please save your money and purchase a vacuum that will last a few years with no issues. The price for this isn’t worth all the hassle of going back and forth with customer service. They will also not provide a full refund unless it’s returned within 30 days, if it’s past that will only refund 30% of the cost. Tineco knows exactly what they’re doing with these cheap vacuums that are over priced, you’re better buying $20 vacuum than from Tineco.
