Almost purely tomatoes, sugar and spices. Wonderful blend of spices, nice and thick sauce, perfectly sweet. Not a hint of vinegar. I thought I didn't like ketchup until I tasted this, and realised that other brands were just too vinegary, and it was the vinegar I didn't like. Expensive, but honestly worth it. Even if only for a treat!

Tomato ketchups are tomato ketchups right? WRONG! I absolutely love this! I think I'm going to only buy Tiptree's tomato ketchup from now on. It has the right balance of tomatoes against it's sweetness compared to other supermarket brands like Del Monte or McD's ketchup that are sourer. This is on the sweet side and goes SO WELL with everything. Nuggets, fries etc. Even my husband commented that is nice and I suppose it's a huge compliment coming from a non-ketchup lover. Worth the premium paid, not to mention it comes in a pretty bottle.

I was initially sceptical at purchasing this sauce as it was quite a bit more expensive than other brands. However, I was blown away when I tried it. Even if it was more expensive, I would still purchase it. It is quite sweet (if you aren't a fan of sweet ketchups, then definitely avoid this one), but you can tell it is very high quality. After trying this sauce, I am never going back to competitor brands - they simply lack flavour compared to this.

This tomato ketchup is thick, very tasty, smooth on the tongue and livens the taste buds. Like all Tiptree products it is more expensive than others to quote John Ruskin (?) "Buy cheap, buy twice".My Heck's sausages will never be the same
I found this so sweet it was hard to taste the sauces ingredients like the tomatoes and spices. Tiptree is a great company for jam but this is not as good as the one beginning with H or Asdas own label at fraction of cost. H's branded one has very good ingredients list also. Very expensive with no wow factor.
If you want a really delicious ketchup thats full of flavour for a treat, have this in the cupboard. Its beautiful. I noticed that whereas with my usual ketchup (H-z) I was always leaving a little on my plate, this was not the case with this one. I would get up and reach for more! The catch, of course, is that this has nearly 10g more sugars per 100g than others. Best saved for special occasions, if theres a special occasion that would warrant special ketchuplol. Glass bottle & metal lid great if youre avoiding single-use plastic.
Bought it after seeing all good reviews and we decided to bin it, as It doesn't even go well with pizza. It's like eating pineapple pizza. 31 percent is sugar. Even my daughter - who loves ketchup - didn't want to eat it - come on!
We tried this when a shop was out of Heinz and boy it was good! Really flavourful and heaps better than other brands. Also like that it is in glass (no leaching of plastics). Only down side is that it's a bit messy with the lid...but still worthy.
My favourite brown sauce because I dont like the overtly vinegary ones but, this has got enough punch of flavour and its made with really good ingredients in terms of what you would put in a brown sauce. slightly sweeter probably than average but , very nice . would convert I think people who dont like sharp brown sauce to liking brown sauce
this is the best ketchup! it is slightly sweet but it really tastes of tomatoes unlike heinz which is mostly vinegar. it's fantastic but also it really does only last a few weeks in the fridge before it starts to turn brown so you need to be getting through a decent amount of ketchup. it's good as I guess there aren't ridiculous preservatives but if you are one person you need to commit to having ketchup with lots of things for a few weeks!!
