He has us over a barrel!"I gave in to my wife - BUT YOU ALMOST LOST A SUBSTANTIAL SALE!!!2000 homes were lost to bushfires this season alone. Most of those victims belong to the very same support groups we belong to. You might even say we are a club, for we all keep in touch.I made a point of warning each and every last one of them about your shonky business practices, your lying, money grubbing salespeople. Those vultures all too ready to pounce on the down trodden, fire ravaged victims and ply them with lies about the great deals your company has to offer them.So much for your untarnished brand image!I have also written to the Prime Minister and Treasurer warning them about your unscrupulous antics and questioning the need to reward you with grants and business loans to enable you to continue ripping off those who have already lost everything!Once we get through the pandemic it is my intention to write a piece for A Current Affairs, warning others of your salesmen's antics to extract every last cent from a struggling economy.Surely FANTASTIC FURNITURE could not be an Australian Company???This is hardly the spirit of a dinki di aussie, is it???Shame, you lot SHAME.

I absolutely love my new 3-seater Tivoli sofa. Super stylish and of amazing quality. The cushions are firm but really comfortable, the fabric is soft with a lovely weave and the stitching is excellent. It looks as wonderful as it is. The arms are brilliant as they are wide and easy to lean things on. Lovely to sit on or stretch out, either way, it is perfect for working on a computer, watching television or having a nap. I have a narrow entrance way and the sofa easily fit through (though I took my measurements first) and it was easy for 1 person to put it together. The coffee table my Tivoli sofa is with is from the Monaco range and the rug is the Trenton rug. I highly recommend this sofa.

I love everything about this sofa bed. The colour and material is sturdy, stylish and practical. The sofa is comfortable; it do3s nit feel like you are sitting on a folded bed. When the bed is folded out (which is really easy to do), it is also comfortable. Very good value.

I moved house one month ago and have had three lots of visitors since.All have reported it was really comfortable to sleep in and has a mattress thicker than most folding beds.It is easy to pull out and pack out, the fabric is great and overall feels really well made.Best part was no assembly required!Due to the influx of visitors I needed to buy something urgently and Fantastic Furniture West Gosford went out of their way to deliver on a non delivery day to me.Great product and service!
I purchased this sofa for my Airbnb rental, and I couldn't be happier with it. The quality is exceptional, and it's incredibly comfortable. It's a game-changer in terms of guest comfort. This 3 seater and its mattress is good from what i have come across recently. I have been through many stores to find a sofa bed that's mattress is a little firm so that it can give the person that sleeps on it comfort and no back pain when they wake up in the morning and this fits the bill. I went to many stores and came back to Fantastic and finalised this product for the above mentioned reasons. The only drawback is that the back is not high enough to comfort the neck when sitting on it during the day. The back ends just below the shoulders and it would have been good to have a good back and neck support . The feet of the couch is made of plastic and not wood and it makes it easier to move the couch at night to open the bed.
The seat pillow that you sit on tends to slip out far too frequently. It doesn’t remain in place which I have to admit I find quite annoying. The Velcro perhaps should have been used to hold both base pillow in place similar to the way the top ones and somewhat held in place. Would be a very handy feature to have added because if I had the chance again I would not let my husband choose this sofabed. Material seems ok but we have only just purchased it so you should ask after one year how the quality holds up perhaps after a year. We have only had it for just over 2 weeks and the armchair has already sunk. The couch has already lost its shape in the back and bottom cushion where we have been sitting and it makes our bums numb. Looks like a couch that will look a lot older than it is.
