Useless! The instructions that came with it was no help at all in figuring how to use it and looking it up in the internet was no help either. Waste of money if I can’t get it working.

I cant really review this as I don’t have a memorycard for it, but it all looks good. I just hope (and expect) it will work well when I have it set up

I give 0 Stars. I need to return this item as faulty. I had to buy a new frame from Officeworks in time for my mum's 80th Birthday. The process in returning items through Catch of The Day is time consuming. I will not be using Catch again

Purchased frame recently. Had a small issue with frame going black. Bunnings were most helpful and replaced the frame straight away. Well done Bunnings. My favourite store

Replacement 12" photo frame.

Received a 12" photo frame which I ordered online. Unfortunately, the frame would only stay lit up for 2 seconds before turning off. Emailed customer support and received another delivery of the same product which this time works perfectly. Request your advice on how to return the faulty product.

frame kept on switching of and then on and then on when usb with pictures was inserted, no matter which usb i tried. useless, and now cant get in tough with help centre to arrange a return and refund
