Gets very hot. Good for larger soldering jobs. Only comes with a point tip so I am looking at buying a chisel tip for it

Absolute piece of garbage. Take forever to get hot then heat dies soon as you go to use it. I know its only 25 w but this is only good for plastic welding.

Doesn't heat up properly won't even melt the solder and when it occasionally does it shuts off instantly. Very bad product.

Awesome soldering iron with decent heating great for mid size wiring for my car. Heats up fairly quick and rubber grip handle is a bonus
Tip is very thick. So it's suited well to automotive applications. However, You will NOT be able to use this irpk for any sort of board work or the likes. It is far too thick and tip is excessively hot with no temperature control.
Works well, heats up fast. Happy to recommend to others.
This 100 watt Iron makes easy work of soldering heavy lugs and Anderson terminals to 6 gauge B&S cables. The Iron Tip will overheat quickly when not getting used, so needs to be turned off if not used for more than 5 to 10 minutes. Full heat-up is about 3 minutes from cold.Overall, a good iron for heavy-duty cable work.
As the title suggests, it does the job for the price. My biggest issue is the unit takes 10 minutes to heat up correctly, and then once hot; gets way too hot to the point where I can't hold it in my hand any longer. So I continually need to unplug - and plug it back in.
I needed a heat source for a brass wood brand - used to burn a logo into my furniture builds. The Chinese unit that came with the brand was not good quality and the 80W iron I tried initially worked but took too long to leave an imprint as it never quite got hot enough. The Toledo 100W iron solved all my problems - I cut the tip off the solid copper bit, drilled and tapped a hole to attach the brand and everything works a treat. A professional quality tool, admittedly being repurposed - but doing an excellent job.
Got this as the tip on my old one was worn. Useless. Didn't get hot enough to melt the solder. Ended up using my old one for the job
