I hadn't received my order within the specified time and had even sent an email to the seller about this. But next day I received it, with a weeks worth of other mail, meaning something had gone seriously wrong with my local royal mail deliveries (we didn't receive any post for a week and then it all came at once) and the seller had posted it promptly. I’d like to start by saying the only reason I rate this fragrance 4 stars is because citrus to fresh fragrances are not my forte. With that being said, I love how this fragrance smells on my little brother and a few other males that have worn it. It’s extremely aromatic and you can smell it from a good distance away but it’s not overpowering. Longevity is still good for an EDP (about 8 hour wear for me) but Tom Ford wise my woodsy to tobacco scents last a few hours longer so a little half star knocked for that. The notes of Lemon, orange blossom and vetiver are very prominent and the first thing my nose and sense of smell catches on to. One of my absolute favorite scents I've owned. Which is why its performance is all the more disappointing! Super masculine, clean, summer profile. Smelling the bottle and pressing your nose against your wrist is the only way to really smell it other than the first 30 minutes of application. Mediterranean and oceanic, really quite beautiful.

The seaweed is the most noticeable opening accord, it can be described as a salty, seawater, and green note. The driftwood is next and it is certainly more prominent that the agarwood and oak, enhancing the marine accords with its salty and woody touch. The fourth most noticeable accord is a combination of resinous notes, the mastic, olibanum, and incense, create a woody resinous, and earthy touch. Once Tom Ford Cost Azzurra has reached its full dry-down, it can be summarized as a moderate projection, resinous, seaweed, spicy, and woody smoky fragrance with very soft sweet, and green touches. The fragrance feels diurnal, earthy, exotic, marine, mature, mild, modern, salty oceanic, playful, resinous, slightly smoky, special, unique, versatile, woody, and very pleasant. Fresh, woody aquatic scent worthy of your attention. Also, one of the rare entries in the otherwise lovely Tom Ford "blue bottle/Private Blend" line that's not a familiar variation of the citrusy-watery trend. A clean, soft, semi-powdery aquatic top that eventually leads to a lightly woody drydown. A very evocative scent that transports one to a European beach, with young lovers wearing white basking about barefoot on an overcast day, with the coming-and-going seafoam revealing curious bits of driftwood that each have a story to tell. Genuinely lovely, and the standout of this line in my opinion. Somewhat weak longevity and projection sadly. But most with the palette and resources to seek out this pricey scent would likely know better than to squander it on a sweaty-hot summer day or in the winter.

It's such a summer clean, fresh green citrus cologne for men (and totally an unisex perfect choice for women too). I could imagine myself vacationing on an exotic island, relaxing in a hammock in the shade with a glass of lemonade and a book. What you smell most are the lemon, grapefruit and orange make this #TomFord #Fragrance becomes so perfectly uplifting. Italian Seaside Bliss

I can imagine this fragrance blowing around in the warm coastal sea air of Amalfi. Tom Ford did a fantastic job in the design and it was executed flawlessly. It's citrusy, but it also has herbal tones that radiate throughout the life of the fragrance. This is a great summer scent for a man or woman with moderate projection and longevity. My BFF said it leaves a really nice scent trail and now she wants to buy a bottle for herself. I personally get about 6-7 hours of wear before it transitions into a skin scent and that's pretty darn good. I don't wear fragrances for compliments, but it's a compliment getter. I think this would be a good office friendly fragrance, and more suitable for warmer months and I'd say it's more of a daytime fragrance. Lovely summer scent

Tom Ford perfumes are ridiculously expensive, but they smell fabulous. I had a travel version of this scent and used it on occasions. I finally took the plunge and can't wait to start wearing this. I also have Neroli di Portofino (nice summer scent, not as long-lasting), Soleil Blanc (same), Bitter Peach (nice autumn-winter scent, quite long-lasting) and Lost Cherry (great smoky autumn-winter scent, most long-lasting of my TF collection). Lost Cherry is my favorite and Mandarino di Amalfi might be my next favorite as so far I've found it longer lasting than Neroli di Portofino on me.

Perfection in a Bottle - maybe not so perfect price

This is possibly my favourite perfume by Tom Ford. If you’re into fresh, elegant white florals, citrusy minus the sourness scent, and willing to splurge, this is it. This is scent is so fresh, elegant, timeless, and perfect for both men & women. Long-lasting and excellent sillage. Perfect for both work & beach vacation! This scent is perfection. The beautiful azure blue bottle will be a statement piece on your dressing table as well. The only not so perfect part is the hefty price tag :(
