So yeah, not a fake hopefully. So overall, I'd give the smell a good 5 stars since I really love it, but I also want any fragrance that I buy to last at least 6+ hrs, which it doesn't. So overall I'd rate it 4 just because of the performance aspect.

In general, I am a simple person: when I see tonka bean in the base of the fragrance, I buy it. For me, this note is a guarantee that we will definitely become friends. The trail is medium, I would even say short. I easily wear White Sun at work, I have not noticed any discontent from others, at least no one has told me that I smell strongly of perfume. Subjective - for me it is a fragrance from the noughties. There is something nostalgic and old-fashioned, but definitely familiar and familiar, causing a good smile. Something of this perfume is like a luxury facial, something like a sunbed cream - again, some special vibe from the past, and thanks to Soleil Blanc for that. Who fits, where to wear, time of year, etc. It is difficult to imagine a more versatile women's fragrance than Tom Ford Soleil Blanc. This composition can fit into any image - from glamorous sports chic to boho. A true partner of the modern woman: in my opinion, the perfume is appropriate in the office, at a business meeting, at a wedding, on vacation, at a party and on a walk. White Sun won't suffocate on a hot afternoon, will warm you up in a frost and add fire in a chilly spring. And it has no age limits: for example, my mother liked Soleil Blanc as much as I did, and, at the same time, my young colleague was delighted with this perfume. Persistence. I expected more, to be honest. Black Orchid and Velvet Orchid are phenomenally persistent fragrances that you can not renew all day, Neroli Portofino Forte and Tobacco Vanille are just very persistent perfumes. Soleil Blanc, on the other hand, is very inferior to them in terms of staying power. Even after four hours, I do not hear this fragrance at all, only the remnants of those sprays that got on my hair. On clothes, too, it does not live long - I do not know what this is about.

A must have in your collection

I was incentivized and received this product for free from Influenster and Tom Ford in exchange for a review. The product is Tom Ford Soleil de feau in 1oz. Just unboxing the product was so pleasant. It came in a chrome gold finished box. It even came in Tom Ford embossed giftwrap with a sticker. Excellent presentation for gifting. If you have not bought Tom ford before, this will definitely set the bar. This perfume is alcohol based. It has a citrus and cinnamon note to it. The rurbulose, sandalwood, and benzoin are uplifting and definitely give this product a unique spin. It will last you the whole day easily. I will definitely consider buying this product again as the scent is nothing like i've felt before and is the talk of the town.

Difference between eau de toilette vs parfum

The parfum has staying power. 1 spray. All day. I have a sensitive nose. If I can strongly smell it, others will, it’s invasive. Perfume is a secret garden and for those closer. The eau de toilette passes as fast as a flush, as the name implies:) at least on my skin, we all have different chemistry, always take reviews with a grain of coffee:) the scent difference:Parfum: more complexe, slight musk, woody citrus, gently muted orange blossoms that lasts. It turns into this lovely symphony.Toilette: ephemeral, light, no musk, no wood, flat, less complexity, slightly more citrusy and after an hour reminds me of some signature boutique hotel scent.Try each one on your arm at your local Sephora. Packaging is beautiful.The only reasons I would say not to purchase it are IF YOU DON’T LIKE FRUITY SCENTS, or if you spray it and you’re not IN LOVE with how it smells in you. TF is a PRETTY penny, in my opinionif you’re going to buy it, spray the tester on yourself and see if it’s something you love and could see yourself using it every other day. If not, I wouldn’t recommend spending so much money for a fragrance you won’t get much use out of. I personally can’t get enough of it!

Strong Scent

I'm not sure how I feel about the scent of Soleil Blanc Shimmering Body Oil from Tom Ford. It is a very strong scent. There is a lot going on with the scent too. It has so many notes that it's hard to pinpoint one in particular. I'm not sure if I smell like a flower, the woods, or like a food item. They meld together with each note trying to overpower the other. It is somewhat overwhelming to the senses. I have also noticed that you can see exactly where you applied this oil. And not due to the glitter. It leaves my skin a brownish color that you visibly see where you have it and where you don't. If you sweat at all, it leaves streaks. The shimmer flecks will also be left on anything that touches your skin. Aerin Hibiscus Palm is straight tropical flowers, so you have to layer it with coconut oil. REPLICA Beach Walk's baby powder note gives me asthma. Eau de Soleil Blanc is fresher with even worse longevity. Why!

disappointed, but its pretty.. 80% similar. expected more from oakcha

I like it, however it is too forward on the pistachio and the ylang-ylang and not I am getting not nearly enough of the coconut.It is a wonderful fragrance oakcha has made, but only like 80% similar and so much so that I could almost justify having TF Soleil Blanc as well in my collection as well as this if cost was not a barrier. I expected so much more from oakcha, I held them up as THE PRIEMER DUPE BRAND and I was seriously let down. I will give them another chance to win me back. [bc their other dupes I have, Sinful (TF Lost Cherry), Aged Tobacco(TF Tobacco Oud), Akimbo (Creed Aventus for her); are all absolutely wonderful and ~95% similar.] Please pay careful attention to your formulas and do not start pumping out subpar products. We love the oakcha we know.
