These are very thin but hold a lot of liquid and are very breathable compared to other pads on the market. I won't buy them anymore though because they are wrapped in plastic and I believe the adhesive backing is made from plastic. A good transition product when making the switch to reusable menstrual products.

I have been using TOM products for many years and find the quality to be better than many others on the market. I also appreciate the ethos behind the brand. Some plastics are still used in the production and distribution of the product, but I know they are constantly evolving to implement more environmentally sustainable options.

I’ve been using these for quite a few years now. They seem like I step in the right direction, better than most items out there. There’s still a bit too much plastic here for me- they are individually wrapped, then all sealed in plastic. So I am using these on the heavier days, then switch to reuseable hygiene products on the lighter days. These are also good to have as a backup in my bag.
