A really great sleep aid for my baby. He happily drifts off listening to it and watching the red light slowly pulsing and lighting up the ceiling. I love that it has a cry sensor so that when/if he cries in the night it senses it and turns back on to gently soothe and comfort him back to sleep. It has a volume control for the pink noise and the brightness has different settings aswell which is great. I'm super impressed that it has been developed with a world-leading sleep laboratory and sleep scientists at Northumbria University in the UK too. More than happy to continue to use and recommend!

I feel that by ‘ playing’ around with it first , rather than reading the instructions, it was a lot easier to figure out the various functions ie: Various degrees of brightness Sound mode The top tap function to turn on Automatic baby sound settings By experimenting with the features I was able to find the most suitable modes . As by trying to read instructions and flipping the device over consistently, it kept turning off which became frustrating. The Dream Maker is a really neat little device, I love that it's not too big or bulky, it can easily be moved around. It uses a standard USB cable, would be nice to see a plug included for a bit more convenience. I love that the red light and pulsing light are separate, so you can turn the pulse off while the gentler red right remains, the pulsing one is quite bright if you accidentally look at it! Pink noise it really gentle and the volume options are great, I've had other devices where even on low it's far too loud for me to sleep but this seems like a really good level. Cry sensor is a bonus. I was very sceptic about this as my firstborn never reacted to any kind of white noise (he’s still scared of the sound of vacuum cleaner or hairdryer), lights or even swaddles, and now his younger sister is equally indifferent when it comes to any sleep aids. We’ve bought the Dream Maker as we found it at reduced price and I can’t even express how great this product is. Usually it takes me at least 1-2 hours to put my little one to sleep and when she wakes up at night, she won’t settle until she gets to nurse. The Dream Maker puts her to sleep almost immediately and reacts almost immediately, soothing her with no need for me to intervene. Thanks to this product I remember what it’s like to have quality sleep again and I don’t know how I’ve gone for so long without it
Unfortunately this made my 12 month olds sleep worse. I read all the great reviews and wanted a device that would help her go to sleep quicker and hopefully on her own. She actually took longer to go to sleep and when the light kicked in on crying she actually didnt settle herself like she normally does and we were up for hours, once we didn't use the device again she slept through the night better. We had a white noise machine which works wonders so it was more the light but sorry to say we are disappointed. The instructions included are so poor I had to look online for further help.
I love this sleep machine! I love the way it acts as a heartbeat and the white noise! There’s options to turn it off or have it as low or loud as you like it. Easy turn on button that you just touch and there are different settings for the light as well! It only comes with a cord that you would have to connect to in order to turn it on. Otherwise I feel that it has helped my son sleep throughout the night.
Works excellent as a no disturbance night light and sound machine. The other features like the pulsing light and the crying sensor seem to be difficult to utilize. The icons on the buttons are a little unclear and hard to find in the dark. The light also turns off when you turn it over to see the buttons. Overall great for a nursery but only because it is a dim light and excellent sound machine.
My 6 week old has had a terrible time sleeping at night. He’s had his days and nights mixed up since birth. We tried this for the first time last night and he slept peacefully for a longer stretch of time than he normally has been. The red light is soft and not overpowering. The pink noise is subtle and calming. Highly recommend!
What a great product! This sleep machine is amazing! My baby slept so much better with the pink noise going. The night light was so helpful for quick diaper changes and feedings! The only issue was the light turned off at random times, for just a couple minutes, then would come right back on. I give this item a two thumbs up! I'd definitely purchase this sleep machine, and give it as a gift, too!
I’ve tried most things on the market to help with my little ones sleep in the day. Like any desperate parent you keep trying new things! This excelled all my expectations! The pink noise is gentle and the pink light really helps my baby focus and get his breathing right for sleeping. The only down side is that having the room set up for safe sleep he doesn’t get all the benefits that this offers as it is further away. Would be helpful to have a bracket made to fix to the wall really so can be closer and maintain safe sleeping. Would also like to see this supplied with either a plug or battery so that it didn’t need to be plugged in all the time to work
