Bought on offer on a shop as part of a set to replace wife's previous one. The horn is to large to create a proper seal and silicone inserts don't help. Tommie Tippie don't sell smaller parts and they have their own fitting so you can't use any other manufacturers. After 10 minutes on each side she was only able to get a little bit into the bottle whilst lots had run out the bottom of the horn. Absolutely unusable

I really like this pump. I was surprised at how much milk I was able to express in such short periods of time. It’s the first one I’ve used so can’t compare to any other brands but I am going to purchase the double electric one based on the manual being good enough.There’s a number of parts which easily come apart and fit together so it’s easy to clean and sterilise.Water gets stuck in the silicone funnel which can be a little annoying to clear out / dry but other than that it’s spot on.

Comfortable and effective

I received this product for free as a part of the Tommee Tippee Stars program in exchange for my honest review. I was very impressed with this product. After dealing with the “balloon pump” style manual pump I received through insurance, I was extremely skeptical that a manual pump could be easy to use and effective, however this pump far exceeded my expectations! It is easy on your hands (they don’t tired out easily like my other pump), comfortable to hold and use, easy to assemble and surprisingly effective. I found that I could easily express just as much, if not more, milk in the same amount of time that it would take me to use my double electric pump! Awful pump. Theres like not enough or no suction at all. I would not recommend. extremely annoying and tedious to put together compared to Medela pump. Would definitely recommend medela pump over this one anyday. I don't see how anyone could have a good experience with this pump unless it's the only one they've tried using.

Good pump. Works well

Tiny sized pump, works well, a full charge lasts five 20 minute sessions, not too noisy, battery operated makes it easy to use, happy to receive at discounted online sales price. All positive about Tommee Tippee's product.About Asda's product price, I would like the online sales discounted price to be available also if the product is already available in nearby store's shelf. It would save Assa shipping costs and me (the customer) waiting time. Argos/Currys does click and collect immediately! So this could be possible :)

Great manual breat pump!

This manual breast pump is great for mothers like myself who don't need a lot of extra milk, but want some back up milk! The design is so simple, but very effective. It so easy to use. The suction is perfect and very easy to control by squeezing gently. The silicon cup fits so comfortable against my breast. This breast pump is easy to assemble, and easy to take a part to clean also. One of my favorite things about it is that I can use it one-handed with no issues. The most comfortable way to hold in for me is while holding the bottle, I use my index finger to pump. I wish that the color of this was clear so I can see exactly how much milk is coming out. That makes it hard if you don't own very many of their bottles for whatever reason. However, this does come with a bottle so if you don't already own one you don't necessarily have to buy another just to use the pump.

Portable and rechargeable!

I love that this pump is portable. It is so small and discreet. I currently own another brand pump but I am constantly tied to one location in my pumping sessions. With this pump I am able to walk around and take it places with me. It’s also very light and quiet. Unfortunately, I cannot feel my letdown so I wish this pump was a little more see through at the base of the flange so I can know whether a certain massage is working to produce more milk. Also the battery life is not that long. I used it twice for about an hour in total and the battery was always on the last. But using this as a portable and rechargeable pump I’m not too disappointed in that. I wished this pump came with more flange size options. I like that it has one touch button to switch from let down mode to express mode as well as adjusting suction. The pump itself is very small. With the carry loop, I attach it to my clip down bra strap, coupled with a Handsfree bra, allowing for a truly handsfree, portable experience. Even though the pump is small, it is mighty. The let down mode rhythm is unlike any other pump I have used and it is very effective. In expression mode, there are 10 levels of suction. I have only needed to go to level 5 to achieve a comfortable experience with great output. Also, being able to pump directly into a Tommee Tippee bottle is awesome. No need to transfer over.. only if there is extra.Overall, this is a very unique pump with great features. There are very few drawbacks in my opinion. It is a single pump which only allows pumping one breast at a time. However, I find myself using this much more than my double electric because I'm not stuck sitting by a pump or having to worry about carrying around a heavy pump. I hook up my Handsfree bra, strap my pump to my bra and go about my day- whether it be tending to baby, laundry, dishes, cooking a meal etc. When I'm done pumping on one side, I switch to the other. Each woman nurses differently, but I only use one breast at each nursing session, so I have used this to pump the opposite side while nursing on the other. Or, after my first morning nursing session and last of the night, I always pump afterwards to store some milk for when I work. Since baby just nursed one side, I don't need to pump that side, so that's where this pump comes in. All that being said, if Tommee Tippee were to release a double pump version of this, I would absolutely purchase it. The only other drawback, which isnt even that big of an issue, is that I wish there were a lid for the bottle other than a traditional bottle nipple. If I do want to store the milk in the fridge, I would rather have an actual lid vs the bottle nipple. I meant to comment above about battery life. The battery seemed to reach full charge in a reasonable amount of time. I was able to do a 60 min power pump session (alternating 10 min on each breast for 1 hour) and still have battery life left.In conclusion, the tommee tippee made for me single electric breast pump is a small, mighty breast pump with ultimate portability and endless uses. Would definitely recommend.

Used once so far and love it!

I used this for the first time today collecting colostrum and it was so much easier and more efficient than hand expressing!I had been hand expressing for a week or so and was doing pretty well as I was, but kept struggling with juggling the container and spilt it a couple of times. However having this was a game changer. I literally doubled my output and it was SO MUCH EASIER!!!So thankful to have this going forward and can't wait to use again tomorrow.

Very good

I have had the old single electric breast pump from the same brand but broke it so I brought this one to replace it. The massage feature is very good at getting milk flowing and then the suction to actually collect milk is good too. I found this pump more comfortable and could collect more milk when doing the massaging setting first. The only down side is the purple lid is a bit too easy to swivel off
