The Tommee Tippee Twist & Click nappy disposal system, individually wraps each nappy, safely sealing away germs and odours. Our Twist & Click nappy bin - saving parents lots of trips to the outside bin. Drop a nappy into the bin. Twist the handle and feel the click. The nappy is now wrapped in multi-layer anti-bacterial film that locks away nappy odours and germs. The built-in plunger pushes the nappy down into the bin when you close the lid, keeping your hands clean and your room fresh. Each refill cassette provides enough anti-bacterial film on average to wrap up to 1 month's worth* of nappies depending on the size and number you use. *Based on the average nappy usage across the few years of nappy changing. With Newborn you will change your bub more frequently so cassette may last approx. 2 weeks however, as your bub grows, the number of nappy changes drops as well as the possibility you will get out and about more often, the cassettes will last longer. Please be aware that twisting unit more than once between nappies or emptying disposal unit more often can so affect the longevity of your refill cassette.

Don't waste your money! The bin itself is okay-ish at stopping smells escaping but I still find I have to empty it at about half full or it starts really stinking. On top of that you can no longer buy bag-only refills and have to fork out for the much more expensive, wasteful, and space-consuming refills with included hard plastic cassettes.Just get a small pedal bin and empty it frequently. It'll smell better and produce a lot less plastic waste.

Honestly, I don't see too much difference. You still need to use a bit of the plastic refill to twist between diaper disposals. Really depends on whether and how you use disposable diaper bags. Overall, it makes a great gift for a new parent or perfect reccomendation for any parents suffering from nappy odours in the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] We bought this bin before baby was born, just to make sure we kept the smell down in the nursery! It’s definitely the best Nappy bin on the market. The smell is barely there, so it does it job on that front. The only thing is that it is a bit expensive and it’s an ongoing cost because you need to keep buying the refills. It also doesn’t really close up on the first 10 or so nappies because the weight just unties the bags so you can’t really close the bags off until you’ve filled it a little bit. But in saying that the bin still keeps the smell inside if you click it shut. Still happy with our bin and we’ve been using for about 6 months so far and will continue to use!

The Tommee Tippee Nappy Bin Twist and Clean is a must-have for any parent tackling diaper changes. Its innovative twist and seal system locks away odors, keeping the nursery smelling fresh and clean. I love how easy it is to use – simply twist the bag to seal in the mess, then dispose of it without any fuss. Plus, the bin's sleek design complements any nursery decor, making it both practical and stylish. It's been a game-changer in maintaining cleanliness and convenience during diaper changes.
This is a really great idea, and it works really well overall. It does a pretty good job of stopping smells and it's easy to operate the twist mechanism. There are a couple of downsides. The lid can be a little difficult to lift when it's fully clicked down; there's a catch that doesn't operate especially easily. We've also found that the mechanism that holds the top part to the bottom part bends when the bin is full, meaning it has changed shape over time and it now doesn't clip together perfectly when you empty it.Despite that, overall it works well and I would recommend this.
I ordered it last week & the lid will just not fit no matter what way i tried. I thought maybe it got damaged in transit & ordered a replacement but SAME PROBLEM. Lids simply do not fit. I requested for bin to be checked before they post it but it's the same issue. Very dissapointed specially considering the brand & the price. Will not be repurchasing any products from this brand.
Disappointed with the new "antibacterial" chemical smell. I bought another nappy bin for another room, and after taking it from the package, It instantly made me nauseous. I don't like chemicals near me or my baby so its a shame they changed the liners as it was great before. I think it adds more pollution and chemicals to our planet, I prefer the natural poo smell and not something that will make my lungs breathe unnatural chemicals. Obviously, is not going to block 100% of the poo odour, but this type of bin helps a lot! The people that complain about the odour are just dumb, for hygiene reasons, they need to take their bin out, no need for more chemicals.
We received this bin as a baby shower present and it has been a staple for us since bub was born. I had to go onto YouTube to figure out how to use it as the instructions aren’t very clear, but once I did this is is very easy to use. It makes putting nappies in the bin easy and quick (especially during the night) so you aren’t having to put it in another bag/take it somewhere else. I have found it does contain the smell well, and only one a couple of occasions (often very bad soiled nappies) can it be smelt if the bin isn’t emptied for a couple of days . Emptying it is very simple - you use it up ore quickly as bub grows as nappies are bigger. It does cost to buy the refills etc but cans often get them on sale.I would definitely recommend this product as a nursery ... MoreWe received this bin as a baby shower present and it has been a staple for us since bub was born. Overall a great product that does a good job of keeping the smell under control. The twist system works well and is easy to operate. The lid has a catch that can sometimes be tricky to operate, especially with one hand. We've also found that ours has bent out of shape over time due to the plastic bending when full of nappies. This has meant the top part doesn't quite fit into the bottom part now. It's not a huge problem but it's not ideal. The liners themselves are a little flimsy and have torn easier than most bin liners would if they get snagged on something. They are also expensive! But overall worth the price for a system that does the job well.
So it’s easy to use, however the bin doesn’t lock in smells, there’s always a faint whiff of dirty nappies in the room, and opening the lid to put the next nappy in, is so bad. When emptying the bin, take the whole bin outside to your main bin, it helps with the smell. But also all the twists in each nappy bundle untwist as soon as you go to lift it out the bin. So seems almost pointless do even twist the nappies as doesn’t lock the smell in, and doesn’t keep them twisted. We empty maybe every 4 days to try and reduce the smell, it’s definitely not full as our 12month old is at nursery, so generally only two or three nappies a day at home. It is handy to not have to go down to the main bin everyday though. Just I really wanted it to lock in the smells!!
