I waited 10 mins to pick up, the pair of shoes were in very different conditions, one was new, the other one was used and dirty (seems a display one for very long time), I didn’t leave the counter and wish to raise my concern however the staff served another Customers that I have to wait again, I was initially asked by the staff to go downstairs to check with the shoes department which might potentially wast my time, which I didn’t agree, I refunded the order at the counter. Extremely unhappy. The pair of shoes were in unacceptable condition that shouldn’t be sold to customers. The staff was not professional either on dealing with the issue, not even a simple apology. Wasted myself 1.5 hours on the way and waiting.
Love these runners with anything; a lovely dress, jeans or a pair of shorts. Had many positive comments!!
