Love the blanket, its comfy and when I place my sore knee on it while I cuddle up in the blanket it helps with reducing pain because of the soft sponge like bounce. Its like a cloud. Do wish that the shipping was done differently, like maybe a bag style package rather than just the bag the product comes in normally. In this day n age you want to be safe.
I was disappointed when I received my order The product I received was a JUNIOR quilt.There was no mention in the advertisement of a JUNIOR quilt. My order was for a standard single quilt. I am not happy with this purchase as it is not what I ordered or what was advertised.

Disappointed in the delivery. The quilt itself was as expected. The advert didn't mention it was a 'junior' one, which was bold and clear on the package label when we received it, but still was good quality. My disappointment was in the delivery. It came in its original packaging with an address stick stuck to it ... only thing is that the zipper was half undone ... so who knows what the quilt picked up on its travels.
Ordered this with a despatch time of 2-3 days. After 3 weeks of waiting I asked where it was. I was told that there was no stock and asked if I wanted a refund or to wait for the item. As I wanted it ASAP I asked for a refund so I could purchase elsewhere. It was then delivered within a week and no refund. I had to escalate the issue as I wanted a refund as I had purchased one elsewhere. They then offered to send a return label at a cost of $10 so I can return the product and get my refund - less $10. Bad customer service I say.
This Tontine quilt is the best I have ever had. It's so cosy and warm. I bought my mum one as well. Highly recommend.
