Not so big not so bouncy and definitely not firm it is a little disappointing from tontine I used to love their pillows and now I would not buy another one

It is a great item is exactly as described high firm and bouncy perfect pillow

This is a nice pillow. Unfortunately, because it wasn't sent in any sort of envelope or wrapping, the tontine plastic cover on the pillow had been sliced in the handling process, and the pillow was slightly damaged. I would hope that if I purchase from My Deal again, that my order will come in appropriate packaging to prevent this happening again.
