As you tighten a bolt, you can see the current torque applied, as it gets closer to your required torque value, it starts to beep rapidly, then once reached it gives off a continuous steady beep noise. Super easy to setup & use. I was worried about the size initially - its approx 500mm, but it actually worked out perfect in the end, I was able to torque up bolts in hard to reach areas with ease. Highly recommended!!

I bought the ToolPro digital torque wrench today, and it’s a game changer.Very nice fine ratchet action.The display enables torquing bolts up in stages without having to change torque wrench settings.The LED indicators let you know when the set torque is close, as well as the beeping.Setting the torque value is a doddle, just select NM or LB-FT, and input the value.No turning the handle, looking at a scale and figuring out the settings, that’s old school.I used this on the wheel nuts of my MR2 spyder, easy peasy.Using it underneath on the rear control arms, the fine ratchet enabled me to torque up with very limited movement.Being able to hear and see when the set torque was getting close was great.Best money I have spent on a tool in ages, highly recommended.
First one I picked up was broken. Alarm was just randomly going off regardless of what torque you set it to. Even without any torque applied to the unit. SCA were happy to just replace the dead one with a new one.
Rather than paying $700 for one of these from a tool shop, this has exceeded all my expectations. Obviously you get what you pay for however if you look after your gear, there's no reason this would not do its duty for years to come
