I purchased this tool box a month ago via the website. I wish I had of gone in to the store to check the product prior as it wasn't worth the I price paid. The edges were not sealed (quite open and buckled) and required silicone to be suitable to place on the back of the Ute for its intended purpose. One of the croc locks is defective and doesn't work as it should. The steel is quite thin, so much so the lid buckles when opened not being able to hold its own weight. And the edges had gaps after warping under the heat of the spot welds holding it together. Owning 2 other much higher quality tool boxes from other brands at the same price point, this was a regrettable purchace.

Sadly for a few extra dollars they could of used a little thicker material and it would be a great tool box. However it does make a great long term storage box if not used often

Tool box leaks quite badly, so its not ideal to go on the back of a ute
Required a little bit of silicone around pop rivets to make water proof, other than that looks good.
Purchased box for caravan storage and it does the job and gives me more storage room Needs a wooden base to stiffened the box when mounted on A frame
Well made and water proof croc locks work great too
The supplied toolbox is excellent value for mony and was easy to fit to the draw bar of my trailer. The concealed padlock clasps make it more secure.
Bought this for a camping trip. The size is great for the back of the ute, big enough to fit a lot in but small enough to lift in and out. The issue is the quality of the metal used. After being in the back of the ute for 300km's it rubbed against a plastic box. The plastic box was fine but the metal on this product shows the wear marks.
