I have tried lots of whitening toothpastes with generally poor results. I have moderately stained teeth from drinking lots of tea and nothing except for professional whitening has helped. Firstly, I thought the flavour of the toothpaste was too strong although I got used to this quickly and now don't notice it. I did feel after brushing that my teeth were thoroughly cleaned and my mouth felt fresh. Most importantly, after a week or so, I noticed an improvement in the colour of my teeth. The teeth that were stained the worst started to become less stained and all of my teeth became noticeably whiter. I have since finished the tube I was sent but have continued to purchase it because it is the best whitening toothpaste I have ever tried!

I was delighted to have received this Colgate product and see how white my teeth would become after use.Unfortunately, I was mostly left disappointed by this product.Firstly, the taste of the toothpaste was not great, no minty freshness but rather an aniseed taste.Next, the active foam made brushing my teeth a rather strange experience! My mouth started filling up with foam, which I didn’t find pleasant.Lastly, the result of this whitening toothpaste left a lot to be desired - there was a slight but not very noticeable difference in the whiteness of my teeth.Overall, I was disappointed with this product and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The toothpaste is amazing but if you are not used with the foam sensation in your mouth it can put you off a bit. I felt the difference straightaway after brushing. The results was even better after a few weeks use as I've noticed the tea stains fading and my teeth felt sparkly clean every time. The texture of the toothpaste is not as runny as the old product we were using, but gets really foamy as you brush. It seems like there's a bit of baking soda ingredient in it. Definitely a good cleaning ingredient for other stuffs too. Good packaging, the tube is squeezable and flip cover for ease of use. Me and my husband loved it and now prefer it better the expensive brands we used to buy. I would highly recommend.
I think I paid ÂŁ12 for it and it must definitely was worth it. It tastes like Polyfiller and doesn't seem to have made any difference whatsoever to the overall whiteness to my teeth so I'm very disappointed. I also gagged first time of using it and although I have gotten used to the foul taste I dread brushing my teeth. I spent too much to throw it out but I was tempted. If I'd paid less I might have and I also want to see if it does actually make my teeth whiter If I stick with it. It certainly didn't make them whiter after 3 days. I can't wait till I've used it up. I've been happy with most Colgate products apart from this one. Won't be buying again. I might have put up with the foul taste hast actually worked at whitening my teeth

I've never had professional whitening done on my teeth, I've only tried different toothpaste products from a range of brands, but I'm yet to be impressed.This Colgate max white ultra active foam whitening toothpaste is unique and different to other brands that I've tried.It foams almost instantly and I can feel a warming sensation, the more you brush, the more it foams. Not sure if I like the excessive foam. I wasn't sure of the taste, it can be overpowering and leaves an after taste. Teeth did feel cleaner though.I noticed a slight difference in colour after the first use, and again after 1 week. Dubious about tooth whiting toothpastes with sensitive teeth however after trying this product out I was highly impressed. Results were seen in under 2 days, even after the 1st use, I felt it had reduced some staining from caffeine. Lathers up well without it being too much in the mouth. Taste wasn't bad at all, very clean feeling after and felt it removed alot of in between grime that normal paste can leave. Definitely whitening the teeth so far, will highly recommend and Continue to use. I want to note about my sensitive teeth that some are too harsh and leave them more sensitive after but this didn't at all. The foaming allows for a more gentle application and brushing method.In fact I felt it had improved the sensitivity somehow. Really good product.
I thought the toothpaste did a pretty good job of stain removal. I always have a stubbon bit of staining next to my canine and after using this toothpaste for a week, it has definitely done a good job of removing that.My teeth feel really clean after brushing too.The one downside is the taste. It has a really unique flavour- almost like an antibacterial mouthwash flavour mixed with citrus.I really struggled to brush in the morning as it was such a strong flavour.I really liked this toothpaste but I think the flavour would put me off buying it again unfortunately.
