I bought this after seeing it in action: I was recently on a cycle tour with my brother. I was carrying a lightweight pump (another Topeak as it happens) and he had the Turbo Morph G. Upon replacing a tube following a puncture I was struggling to get the tyre to the right pressure when he suggested I used his pump.It was a revelatation. The performance was almost up to the standards of a track pump. It pumped quickly, the big gauge could be read whilst pumping, the foot rest was truly usable, and it felt like a solid piece of kit. I had previusly a small pump and in the few times I needed it I saw it was very difficult to pump my tires (700c X 38) to the desired psi (80). I needed a lot of muscle power and time. It was so inconvinient.This pump is so easy because you can use the ground to press down instead of holding the other end. The T handle is very nice too. A small problem here is that at low end my middle finger hits a little bit on the the pump. 3mm more space would be great.I used it a couple of times and it was so hussle free.My next problem is that the very first day the U holder that clips the valve attachment broke on one side when I pulled the valve. Excellent pump. Bought this for use on my mountain bike. Can easily get up to 60PSI with very little effort and higher with a bit more work. The pressure guage is accurate and well worth having. I run both Presta and Schraeder valves which this copes with easily. Not too big to fit on the bike or in my backpack. The flexible hose stops any straining of the valve while pumping the tyre up.Because it is designed as a mini floor pump you can get the whole of your weight behind it when you need higher pressure .Only downside is finding something to put into the end of the hose to stop dirt and mud from getting in there when it's on the bike.

This item is quite well made - it feels light, but sturdy. Pumping with it is surprisingly efficient for its compact size; it definately up to the task. Though small, the pressure gauge seems accurate enough and easy to read. The only criticism I have is that the foot-plate is slightly too small and fiddly under-foot and takes a bit of practice to find the best spot to keep the pump firm to the ground. But overall its an excellent compact 'track' style pump.
Just ordered my second Topeak Morph G on 26th Sept 2022, after my first one failed internally.I bought the first one some time around 2008/9 maybe, could have been a bit later, so these things last well.The pressure gauge is very useful to have, and its accurate. Cheaper pumps I've used aren't nearly as good.Only issues I had with my first one, apart from its fatal failure were the footstand, that broke in 2019 but was easily replaceable.Well worth paying the extra for a quality item in this case.
I'm new to road biking and have used mini-pumps with MTB's for years as they easily deal with the lower pressures required. Most mini-pumps just aren't up to the job of road tyre pressures and I don't fancy killing myself inflating a tyre.I've easily reached 110psi with this pump using Specialized presta inner tubes and, although not a track pump, it's a good as one and portable. It's not heavy, but obviously heavier than a mini-pump. The bracket fits to water bottle screws, but it's not offset to the side so you effectively lose a water bottle. I've cable tied mine underneath the top tube and it doesn't get in the way at all. Arrive promptly and pump and gauge work well on our Presta valve tandem wheels. Very easy to get up to 70psi which was beyond our smaller conventional pump. It is bigger than the pump it replaces and will not fit on the bottle mounts with a bottle cage and bottle. The fitting straps included provide a secure alternate fixing, we have slung ours on the underside of the frame below the bottle cage.Changing between Presta and Schrader valves is fiddly so make sure it’s set up for your bike before you ride!
Pump is solidly built and shows! Excellent value at the price. I wasnt expecting it to be this well built for the price.A bit on the larger and heavier side. I ordered for use with my road bike but it was a tight fit (size 52 frame) with the two bottle cages already populating the inner space of the frame. uses ZIP Ties to hang below the bottom tube or under the top tube. Could also be mounted with the bottle cage screws if you dont mind it covering the branding on your bottom tube.In my personal opinion it is more suited for use with Mountain bikes and commuters. 160 PSI is overkill but at this price its welcome. the gauge is clearly readable and tucks and folds away very nicely.
