Total Care 1 contact lens solution contain 2 lubricants, HPMC and Tyloxapol to moistern and rewet the contact lenses. HPMC - enhances viscosity and forms a moisture lock protection layer on the lens. This keeps the moisture in, maintaining the tear film integrity. Tyloxapol - besides being a surfactant, it is a lubricant which can rewet and lubricate the lens.
