First, tastes are bad with water but if you take it with milk, it actually tastes like milk shake. Second, mix ability are poor. However! Unbelievable price which is best for people with low budget. Mixed between fast protein and slow protein are so perfect for me. Since its mixed with both, I take straight when I wake up and after I work out. This is the most and best product in this website thats why I give 5 stars. Overall, low price with good mixture of slow and fast protein= BEST Goes Well With: Instant Oats

This stuff is so good. I find the total protein keeps me so much fuller for way longer than the isolates. I've had Vanilla, Choc and Strawberries and Cream. Vanilla and Choc are by far the best. The strawberry tastes way too sweet and quite artificial. I was mixing the other flavours in smoothies, yoghurt, oats and pancakes.

I discovered Total Protein Blend after much searching online for a product that didnt contain any wheat or maize or corn,to catcer for my husband's food intolerances. This product is wonderful. I had to build my husband back up after a serious road accident in Europe last year, this has been the perfect add in to my Smoothies and healthy eating plan. It tastes delicious and is very filling. We both have it in a breakfast smoothie. Thankyou so much
I got the chocolate flavour to make cookies with - works a charm! Just make sure it’s hydrated otherwise it course give a strange after taste
Very happy with this product despite the one negative review. Been using for a month now and have to say the chocolate flavour tastes great, and mixes well with oats, glutamine, and milk. sometimes can get a tiny bit clumpy, one or two small clumps if not shaken well enough. it's a great protein for anytime of the day, i normally take it for breakfast and post workout plus before bed. very happy with it and will be purchasing again! It has a great taste and mixes well, but most importantly, the nutrients and combination of ingredients make this one of the best protein powders out there! The best blend I've had. Perfect for mixing into your breakfast. Unfortunately it is harder and harder to get unflavoured protein now. It's very disappointing. Please myprotein, let me add my own natural flavours. I want flexibility not artificial tasting powder. Goes Well With: Unflavoured with anything. Flavoured, not so much.
I got the Choc Peanut Butter. It mixes well and good consistency but the taste is not nice at all. Tastes very artifical and has a gross salty after taste.
