I love these pre-workout drinks. They are perfect. They taste great and are the perfect size and amount for you to get a good workout. I only wish they had a mixed flavored pack so I can try them all instead of ordering a case of them hoping you will like them. So far of the 6 I have tried, Cali Splash is my go to hands down.

I really love the product and it works great..however, for some reason the top of the container on the grape smells awful. None of the other containers smell like that. I can't even drink the grape because of the odor. Not sure if I got a "bad batch", but I love the grape and sad I can't drink it.

These are the best tasting preworkout shakes I know of. It feels like I have endless energy without the crazy crash afterwards. My workouts are noticeably more explosive when I drink this. I love it and I’ve repurchased these in 7 different flavors!

I love these pre-workout drinks. They are perfect. They taste great and are the perfect size and amount for you to get a good workout. It tastes really good and saves time! The packaging feels a little cheaply made but makes sense because its ltrly a 1 time use and only 8 oz. Wish there was more taste and a bigger bottle with the same macros.
I've taken the sour gummy bear pre workout 3 times now. Numbers have gone up in the gym and training feels good, nice buzz. That is, until I've had to emergency evacuate midway through my session to go to the toilet. Apologies for the info but be wary, 3 times I've taken this and 3 times I've had out of control liquid ass. If you're constipated it may be a good way to clear you out 😭
Love the red on products - I’ve tried other pre-workouts, and most don’t have the required ingredients. Redcon is clear about what they put in their products. The energy boost and focus is awesome. The after effects are not a crash so you don’t go through a rollercoaster.
Very quick and convenient . I love total war pre work out so I decided to get some RTD and I love em. Now I keep buying them instead of having to mix . I have taken many pre work outs and this one by far gets me going helps me focus and push harder !! I just recently started mixing with big noise also and it I’m pushing harder then ever. I have tried 3 of the flavors so far and I like them all a lot. I really like that the RTD isn’t powdery and very clear liquid.
I took half of the bottle and within the first 15 min I started to feel something wasn’t right. My hands started to itch, the my ears, my face following with my entire body. My whole body was on fire and it felt like pins and needles on my skin. It went away after I worked out but it was a horrible feeling to have on your body. I would never drink this ever again. Too much.
For taste Total War has the market locked down as far as I'm concerned. It doesn't disappoint the tastebuds. As far as the effects of it, I'm on the fence. To be fair though I'm not in that full realm of fitness yet either. Like all supplements... nutrition, and fitness have to go hand in hand to really feel the effects of the supplements.I give Redcon1 2 thumbs up for a pretty well balanced preworkout drink. It's definitely a notch above the rest I've tried.
The green apple total war Ready To Drink preworkout is absolutely phenomenal! The taste is great and you really feel the effects of it within minutes and you are ready to knock out even the toughest of workouts.
