Favorite pre-workout, good composition, works great, gives energy, pumps, endurance, invigorates. But sometimes there are downsides due to caffeine. Very high price. Testosterone does not increase. These are the best tasting preworkout shakes I know of. It feels like I have endless energy without the crazy crash afterwards. My workouts are noticeably more explosive when I drink this. I love it and I’ve repurchased these in 7 different flavors!

I read the review saying it “gives you tingles and throw up during cardio” ?? which made me want to leave a more accurate review. I have personally been taking Total War preworkout for a couple years now. I’ve been using the powder form called Tigers Blood because you get more bank for your buck but when I catch Total War Ready to Drink on sale I prefer those. I take it about 10-15 min before working out and have always felt great lifting. I’ve even used it in the morning to help me get through cardio. The flavors Sour Gummy Bear and Orange Crush are my FAVORITE!!! I’ve tried different brands but so far I keep coming back to Total War.

I love theses RTDs!!! I take one in the morning before work and another one prior to training. The flavors are all awesome and I usually get the variety pack when it is available. If I had to choose which flavors are best I would say: Vice City, Apple, Rainbow Candy, and pink lemonade. I love them all but those really are very flavorful. This was another brilliant idea from REDCON1 and they are very convenient to just throw in your gym bag and head out rather than mixing and taking more time when you are in a hurry. I look forward to more flavors coming out as time goes by. This product is a staple in my REDCON1 regimen. Grape flavor isn't that bad either if you are a fan a grape flavor supplements.
Very quick and convenient . I love total war pre work out so I decided to get some RTD and I love em. Now I keep buying them instead of having to mix . I have taken many pre work outs and this one by far gets me going helps me focus and push harder !! I just recently started mixing with big noise also and it I’m pushing harder then ever. I have tried 3 of the flavors so far and I like them all a lot. I really like that the RTD isn’t powdery and very clear liquid.
I took half of the bottle and within the first 15 min I started to feel something wasn’t right. My hands started to itch, the my ears, my face following with my entire body. My whole body was on fire and it felt like pins and needles on my skin. It went away after I worked out but it was a horrible feeling to have on your body. I would never drink this ever again. Too much.
This an awesome energy drink with great flavors. I wish it was more available in stores and less pricey. But for energy there is nothing that compares to it. But I wonder why the power form taste different than the ready to drink. I’m happy with total war drink. I would like to work for them and help get this drink more in the market because it isn’t in convenience stores near enough. If people want a real energy drink they need this drink and get away from the carbonated ones
I absolutely love this product! All of Redcon1’s products address specific needs, and this one is no different. Either before a competition or a real tough work out I will rotate in total war. It energizes me, helps me focus, and never leaves me with buyers remorse as I always leave everything on the table in the gym or on the field with this aid. This is the mellowest ramping but very hard hitting work out aid. Thank you guys!!
This is a great pick me up before doing the gym! It quick delivery about the same as dry scooping! You do have to finish it all. But I’m also 130lbs and enjoy powerlifting. I don’t get jitters, sometimes a slight warming feeling. I purchased because the powder can make a mess and so tried these and loved it! It’s definitely a stimulant not a pump!

I took it out the refrigerator and decided to try it and when I tell you I was so pumped it was ready to do every machine. I ran 5 mi on the treadmill. I never felt so energized and even after my workout I ran to my car that was twerking in the sauna because I just had so much energy. I didn't realize that my energy levels were so low until taking this amazing drink. I don't think I want to work out without it and I do feel like my focus was improvedI tried the rainbow candy flavor. It was so good.
