This is the 2nd bag I've gotten from Lowes. The 1st was so poorly constructed they failed to even put 1/2 the rivets in. Yes, holes were punched in the canvas for them, but not inserted. It was obvious and clear to anyone who bothered to even give the bag a 1/2 second inspection as the partial attachment wasn't even aligned to the hard body carrier. Lowe's apologized, offered no real solution other than just drop it off at the local lowes and get refunded. They wouldn't send a new one to replace as supposedly they no longer offered the item. Upon looking around again to purchase this size, assuming it was a fluke because all the smaller models in the store appeared to be high quality, I saw lowes was still selling online. I've tried 16" bag but was too small so I ordered 20" one, what a difference .... now it's all good.Bag is very well made, very well, stitching, riveting and so on and it is waterproof (as long as not submerged in water that is).On top of that, it has a lifetime warranty.The ONLY negative thing ... it did not come with shoulder strap as it SHOULD.

This is by far, now the best tool bag that I own. Toughbuilt once again has not disappointed with this well thought-out tool bag. Unlike most tool bags this has an internal folding structure that keeps the mouth open and closes smoothly even over large tools. The inside pockets are large enough to hold tool sets and lights. The exterior design features makes it great for organizing and attaching tools, and has solid metal elements that can hold magnetic tools for you, giving you an extra "hand" at job sites. There is even a clip that can hold notes or paperwork. Between it's size and excellent design, I can now consolidate into this one bag for most jobs rather than the two or three I regularly juggle.

Bag arrived late and arrived broken. Certainly not what I would expect of a 100 bag. Will be returned to lowed immediately.
I am using it as a toolcase for my truck....Plenty of room for the tools I need to carry with me with room to spare....I had a regular hard tool box but it didn't have much room. This one works great and I recommend it highly....
I’ve had this case on job sites throughout the week and this ToughBuilt tool case exceeds all expectations. I’ve never owned a case that is this rugged. The hard polymer bottom is tough and keeps water from soaking up into the bottom when working outside or in damp areas. The metal bar on the outside of the case is perfect for storing tape measures and other clip tools that would subsequently go on a tool belt. And just as the name suggests, this bag has a massive mouth, so there’s no trouble finding those small tools that always seem to find their way to the bottom. Overall, I would definitely recommend this as a contractor grade tool case.
Awesome bag! Big but light at the same time. Plastic bottom so bag won't collapse. Zipper seams to work good. Has little pockets on outside an inside.
This tool bag has many, many great features. First it has a solid commercial/industrial zipper. The bag is a wide opening, wider than the bag itself, so that you will never be fighting to get tools in or out. interior of the bag has a number of large pockets for storage of smaller tools or electronic meters or similar. on the exterior are 8 additional larger pockets and many smaller ones for individual tools such as wrenches or screwdrivers. there is also a couple of metal bars which could accommodate items with a belt clip such as a tape measure. And to add to it all, the bottom and sides of the bag is a rigid plastic to keep water out and add to its durability. in my opinion the only downside to this bag is a lack of a shoulder strap.
