I brought this black two slice toaster as I needed a smaller one for space. It’s very stylish and toasts the bread evenly. My one criticism is that it takes a lot longer than my old toaster. So if your not rushed then it’s great.

I like that I can dial up the amount of browning I want. Different doughs need different toasting times so it takes a little while to work out the best time for each, but it’s an elegant and efficient toaster.

First it was lost by your courier. I had to wait 7 days to report that which you can only do online. Then another few days for your customer dept to e mail saying another has been sent but as you forgot to send it I had to wait another three weeks to actually receive the toaster. I would love to say it was worth the wait but it is the worst toaster I have ever had. With the setting on maximum I am lucky if the bread even changes colour. If it does, it is only slightly and the other side is not tanned. Set the toaster to come on again and the toast turns out like a rusk. DONT BUY.Non existent

Great feature to have 2 different settings at the same time for people to like there toast paler/darker than others.
