This cash register is a solid toy! Both my 3 & 5 year old boys were entertained by this toy. It is a good size & well made. The little scanner beeps every time you touch it to something & as well as when you slide the fake credit card - my boys loved both of these features! You can use the key pad like a real calculator - my 5 year old loved this as we practiced simple math problems. I just had to watch my 3 year old to make sure he didn’t put the plastic coins in his mouth even though they are a larger size. The little gray opens up for all the money. I would definitely recommend this toy! We’ve had it for a few weeks now & both of my boys are still enjoying playing with it!

There are many toy cash registers on the market, but this one has all the great features. It beeps when you slide the credit card and scan an item. It also has a working calculator—which is my favorite feature because I can consider it an educational toy! The only “con” that I see is that it has three slots for play cash, but it comes with 4 different types of bills (20s, 10s, 5s, and 1s), so I think they should have made one more slot to keep the money separated. Other than that, my kids love it and I think it appeals to a wide range of age groups.

This Battat toy cash register is a solidly built plastic piece. It's lifesize, which makes it very cute to play with. It has big clear buttons and an adorable scanner, with a great plastic cord attaching it to its' base. It comes with some pretend paper money and coins, and a realistic credit card too. For younger children, it's great for pretend play. For older kids, it gets better, as the money slots fit real US $ bills and coins. It has 3 slots for bills and 4 for coins. This would be great for practicing math skills in a real-life manner. Good play value for younger kids (age 3-5) and older ones (age 6-9).

My daughter is gonna love this for her 3rd bday nxt week I can't wait. To see her play with it she is gonna love this im so excited to be able to be apart of this program and test stuff thank so much for this
Based on my daughters opinion both love to play with the cashier my daughter (8) practice her math and enjoy playing with her little sister which is 2… amazing for play date… based on the features I like the colors and the size of the coins which helps mom to stay cool while they toddlers play… the sound of the scanner is super real and not too loud… love the material looks very durable which is fantastic… it does require batteries but where the batteries are is very discreat I would totally recommend this to any mother for their kids or for a excellent gift!
My 2 & 4 year old love this cash register. All of the buttons make noise and they love the scanner. Batteries are included along with credit card, coins and cash. The addition, subtraction, multiplication and division buttons will be great for learning when they are a bit older.
I love that this register is one of the largest ones I have seen thus far. They are usually so tiny, which is why we had to toss our last one, it was small and just didn't withstand the force of 2 kids. This is packaged with minimal packaging which I prefer, so there wasn't any plastic parts to throw away. This is a rather generous size, perfect for playing "grocery store" with my toddler. The buttons are large and easy to use, and the coins, bills and credit card make it seem more real. I also LOVE the scanner, because rather than having a button you press to activate it, there is a button on the end of the scanner that "beeps" when you touch it to something, so it seems more realistic. My toddler and my older kiddo both love playing with this.
We got this for my 5 year old to learn money skills. We set up a little store and used real money. It kept him extremely engaged. We loved that the drawer is big enough to hold real money. Real money is key to learning actual real life skills. He loves that he can pretend to scan things and use real buttons to add numbers. Overall I think this is a great interactive and learning tool.
The Toy Cash Register with Scanner was given to my little girl for her 3rd Birthday. She absolutely loved it! It comes with play money and coins and a fake credit card to swipe. The scanner has a beep when you “scan” items and the buttons make sounds when you press them. There is a cash drawer release button that opens the drawer, just like a real cash register. It has a digital screen that shows you $ amounts when you input them into the cash register. It’s very sturdy and well made. Both my kids, 3 and 7, love playing “store” and this was a great addition to their set.
I got this cash register to help my daughter practice counting money and to help her learn where the decimal goes. So far it is working fantastic and learning to count money seems to be going better than usual.
