My 10yo got this for Christmas and within 30 minutes it had broken. It was going great, and only being used on smooth concrete, then started to make a grinding sound with each jump and wasn’t jumping well at all. It was also leaving a grease streak down the pole. I returned it to Big W and they were great and refunded straight away.

It was exactly what it said it could do great description on how to use and what you should not do . Our grandson loved it so much he was bouncing around on it in only a few hours of having it. And well worth the money

My son is on his second one in as many days which has degraded from an initial smooth full range jumping motion to now barely compressing half original travel while making a metal grinding sound. Both had less than an hour of total jumping on a clean paved surface. Big W replaced the first but I think we'll be going back for a refund this time...
