Excellent router that's easy to set up. I had it working properly in 20 minutes. It's used primarily for streaming content to no less than 3 TV's throughout my home. The perfomance of the router has been flawless. I highly recommend this router.

It provides a good signal as an access point. However the instructions were unclear, and I don't like that it tries to get you to go to the Internet for setup.
The A6 router has separate antennas for 2.4 and 5G bands, offering a higher quality to the dual-band connections. It also supports the use of the one-mesh extender that TPLink has. Great deal for a dual-band router.
I bought this to boost my existing wifi signal and configured it to be a bridge. Works perfectly, and I'm getting 100Mbps (the speed I'm paying for) in most areas of my home now.

Bought this as a replacement for my old Cisco router, which was getting pretty long in the tooth. I subscribed to a VPN service about 6 months ago, and had intermittent issues with internet connectivity. I thought a new router would correct it. It didn't. After digging into all the help sections and forums, found that the VPN service will not work reliably with a router that does not have native (firmware) OpenVPN client (not server) capability. So I'm looking at purchasing another compatible router.
I can't speak for how it works as a gateway router. I have a TP-Link Archer c7 doing that. These expanded my network to cover the whole house and outside. I haven't had to reboot them either. Would recommend.
I bought this new router to replace an old 2.4 GHz, and now I'm able to fully utilize my modem bandwidth of 100 Mbps. The price is good, the features are pretty standard, it works well.
