Overall a terrific switch - easy to set up (PnP) and good value for money.But, it's let down by it's really heavy brick of a power supply (I guess necessary to provide PoE+). Why? Because the lead from the power supply into the switch has no latching mechanism. So, the slightest movement (and we all know how flexible UTP cable is, don't we?) and the power supply stays where it is but the cable pulls out of the switch. This has obvious consequences until the power supply cable is plugged back in! Clearly, I'll need to find a way to secure this cable to my desk top...As I said, other than the lack of a latching mechanism, well worth the (fixable) inconvenience for a PnP switch with PoE+ at a great price.
