I am a huge fan of TP-LINK for business grade hardware. I have been using their devices for almost 3 years now and have had great reliability and the price is unbeatable.
I only use this switch for basic network distribution (just default configuration). It works fine, but it’s very noisy. More than you think. I keep this switch in a closet under the stairs and you hear it whenever you walk by (even with the door closed). If you buy it, make sure you can return it if the noise bothered you.
