The FUJI LITE 3 shoe is inspired by the Hinoki Cypress tree that's native to Mount Fuji. It keeps you focused on the path ahead and guides you towards a more positive mindset. Key updates include a greater percentage of recycled textiles for the upper construction. This allows us to reduce waste and re-use leftover resources. Following a sustainable design approach, the reshaped FLYTEFOAM midsole is formed with recycled materials. This foam creates lightweight shock absorption, propelling your stride forward as you move through the trails. Lastly, the shoe's outsole is designed to increase traction on muddy or loamy surfaces.

An excellent trainer - grip well in wet mud, wet pavements and on gravel surfaces. Lightweight, comfortable, and have a nice spring to them; great for both short and longer runs. A similar fit to my Noosa Tri 14 and Evoride Speed, a mighty combination for all weather / surfaces / distances and speeds!

I recently purchased some Fuji Lite shoes and they were immediately put to the test on a challenging trail race that included road, stony tracks, running through streams, boggy moorland and slippery grass trails. I was impressed with the comfort and the grip the shoes provided. I have previously run with the Fuji Traduce and Fuji Setsu but the Fuji Lite are much more lightweight and responsive. Very satisfied with the purchase and look forward to running in them more.

I have had this pair for 3 weeks now and have put about 45 miles on them. I had a few pairs of lone peaks before these, 0 drops dont work for me. The heel drop on the Fujis are perfect (4mm) and the grip is great on trail. My one complaint is the sole padding/thickness. I'm in middle GA and there are few rocks on my normal running trails, but when I do hit rocks or roots I can definitely feel them more with these than my altras. All things given I would buy another pair.

This model provides stable ride with great grip and lightness. It is also a very versatile shoe. I use it for interval sessions on the trail but also for some long runs. I especially like the midsole cushioning that makes the shoe bouncy but also preserves its light weight.
Wide toe box, super breathable, lightweight (my US12 weighs 295g), low drop at 4mm, stack height is in the sweet spot for the running I do (6-20 miles). Haven't used on super muddy track yet, but lug depth is good for most things, and works well for me as a road-to-trail. Please, please, please ASICS keep making low drop (4mm or less) shoes like this and maybe in some better color ways. Solid colors are ok by me. I like many of the new model colors that have been released for 2023-2024, however, many of those are higher drop so not for me.
I've just got 700k's out these on strava - I do trail and hard surface running averaging 50-60k's per week> The shoes are very comfy and breath well - the odd stone strike can be felt on rough trails as they do not have a stone guard. By 700k's the heel cushioning has stripped out making the shoes unwearable. The life of the sole on the right shoe has worn down through the lugs so I've just ordered my second pair. Excellent shoes that do what it says on the tin ... 700k's is about right. Highly recommended
I typically enjoy low heel-drop sneakers and the Fuji Lite are one my favorite pairs of sneakers. Since purchase, I've logged about 20 miles between street runs and trail runs. They're responsive and the cushioning helps me keep my stride well. Will definitely keep an eye on future models of this pair too!
Great trail shoe! I usually wear the GT 2000 or kayano. This is my first time trying the trail shoes. I mainly was looking for more traction when running on dirt trails. This gave me a what I was looking for.
Despite it took quite some time to reach destination, finally I could run in my ASICS Fuji Lite Trail 3 on Friday last.. Really light, comfortable and enjoyable shoes.. With good cushioning and pleasant to wear, I highly recommend these shoes for short trails, up to 15kms..Really enjoyed the ride.. And pleased with the shoes..I also definitely recommend start fitness for their availability and good service and also their reliability..
If I’m ever unsure which trail shoe to go for I always end up wearing these and never regret it. The light and responsive build makes them super for shorter distances, but don’t let this fool you; I’ve worn them for numerous 20+ mile runs and they absolutely perform. They dry quickly, provide superb traction, and yet I still feel very confident on tricky terrains. This is the absolute all rounder train shoe. Fits very true to size
