Super cute but not comfortable. These are not for standing or a lot of walking. I expected this at the price point but thought they’d be better than they were, as in I could make it through a day of teaching in them—but even they was too much for these shoes. Still super cute though.

I'm torn on these shoes. I've had them for a couple months, and I did keep them, but unsure if I'd recommend them. Definitely cute, like the little bit of a lift in the heel, love the colors (got the white ones with the gold). But the materials seem cheap, I didn't find the shoes particularly comfy, and the sole is extremely rigid instead of flexible, so I don't find them great for long periods of walking (through airports was fine) and certainly not for running. I did have to rip out the insole that came inside (glued down) in order to fit my arch supports in there, which has made a tremendous difference in my comfort level with these, but overall these are 'cute' shoes, not shoes I'd wear for a lot of walking, unfortunately. I have been looking for the Sacony sneaker that I got two pairs of some years back. I thought these were they and ordered two. NO. Too stiff. Sent them right back. Why can’t you make a the ones with a minimal sole and very little tread like you used to? ?
I have been a loyal Saucony Jazz Original customer for years. I've owned at least 4 pairs of this style and love it for various reasons. But this time the shoe is just different. I already know my size, I just wanted a new pair because my old ones were wearing out. But to my surprise, when it arrived the shoe was a lot smaller and tighter than my old ones. The toe is more narrow too. I probably would have to go a whole size larger than normal! I don't know what's going on with this company, but they don't even have size availability. I checked for months before buying these, waiting for them to become available in my size. Using the 'notify me' feature, I was finally able to get it, but sadly, I had to return them. Oh, I enjoyed them so much a bought for work. They feel fantastic. I have no foot pain its hardly like I got them even wearing them. Yeah great shoe.
Just purchased my second pair of this shoe! The first pair I bought was strictly a women's shoe and the inserts in the shoe were attached to the bottom and unable to be removed. My second pair however was a unisex model and the inserts ARE removable. I am very happy because this means that I can wear my orthotics in them. This upped the whole comfort level, and now it's that much easier to look great while feeling great too!
Bought these for my daughter to wear to prom. She said, “Love them, super cute but my feet hurt after a couple hours of wearing. I’ll be switching out the insole for a cushier one!”
The cushion that kept me buying Jazz Originals for 20+ years is gone. Jazz Originals usually feel like perfect clouds right out of the box - These felt like crappy normal shoes without the beloved Jazz Originals cushion. Total bummer. I guess my love affair with Saucony is finally over.
