I bought a set of 4 steak knives, but the box was DAMAGED when I collected it on 12 Sep (clearly cracked and the cover cannot close properly). I highlighted it to the seller within 30min of collection. They replied me 2 days later to say they'd send me a new box to my residential address FOC. They even clarified my residential address via chat. By 25 Sep, the item still had not arrived and there wasn't any update. I asked if it had been shipped, and they said the item was alr delivered (like huh!?). I said I didn't receive anything and that they shd check w the delivery company who signed for it. 1 wk later and zero updates even though I messaged them again. Finally, a reply came on 8 Oct to say that I had collected the item from a 7-11 store, but they clearly are ... The box was broken the first delivery. Called and asked for something to be done. A new box was sent- this one is all sticky like it’s had labels on it?Knives themselves look very nice but packaging doesn’t really match the price.

I bought these as a wedding present for my husband and he absolutely loved them! I did have to send the first box back as it had a sticky rectangle mark on the box but I contacted the customer service team and they resolved it within good time by sending me a replacement box.The product itself is of high quality and definitely worth buying.

Nephew loved it - extra special was being able to engrave his name on the blades. Efficient delivery.
Exceptional good quality, good value for money. Sharp knife ideal for cutting well done steak, easy to hold handles.
They certainly do the job, are very sharp and make light work of cutting through any food that you might otherwise have to hack through. To me, the only downside is that they are a lot chunkier that I imagined but they are light enough in the hand for that not to be much of a problem
Very pleased with our 2 sets of knives and forks!! not only do they look lovely but the knives just glided through our steaks. Well worth the price, can't recommend them highly enough. One of my best utensil buys.
