Great product, joins a set of Tramontina saucepans owned since 1997 - all still in very good condition after 25 years of daily use. The griddle pan has a nice thick base that ensures even heat spread. It is not too heavy and cleans easily after use. Recommended.
I love this pan and my first 2 rib eye steaks were gorgeous and just like they had been done on the BQ. Chicken skewers next:). The quality of the pan is first class. Perhaps a little recommendation would be to do a ribbed pan with handles on the side so that it can fit inside an oven for finishing steaks etc. You may already do one of these? Thank you. Joolz
