Arrived with a dent in the pan, yet no damage to the box. Can only assumed QC didn't pick it up. Refunded without any problem.
Great pot - perfect for larger dishes and can be used on the hob or in the oven. Looks great and surprisingly easy to clean.
Ideal size for pot roasting and casseroles of all types. Hob and oven safe the tri-ply construction provides an even heat around the pot. Internal volume scale, printed in Litres, is a useful addition. The lid has a vent hole and sits nicely on the pot. The downside is the handles, they are a bit square with sharpish corners and I prefer the more traditional rounded style but not a major problem. Overall a great pot/deep casserole.
