This is the second TravelPro luggage I have purchased. It is of high quality and fits all the essentials I require. It purchased only the on boarding pieces for quick exit. I love the outside pockets in the 21 inch piece. It is very roomy. I have been in an 18 day European vacation with this luggage. Thank you Blanca for helping me in all the aspects of my purchase. She is the best. Knowledgeable, efficient and fast!

Beware!! Not as it was represented!!!

Disappointed. Love the looks of the Travelpro Versapack luggage. Ordered my first piece and it was the Versapack 22 inch roller board.Liked it so much I wanted to order the 22 inch 8 wheel version as well.I tried ordering the 25” in the Versapack as well. Unfortunately, the Versapack collection was discontinued. I compared products and found the Crew classic was suppose to be similar. So I bought the 25” and what I thought was the 22” case with 8 wheels. When it arrived the bag only measures 21”. This bag is much smaller than the older 22” roller board version!!!!! Now I’m stuck with 3 different pieces where only 2 even match.

Cannot stack onto check-in suitcases

Great underseat carryon, but just know that it will not stack properly on the medium or large check-in suitcases in this line because the suitcase handles are too short. The result is that the carryon sits so high that it covers the suitcase handle and you have to wedge your hand in to grasp it. This could be ok, but the back of your hand might tire if hauling the luggage for long distances. Too bad they didn’t use telescoping handle rods to gain the extra 3-4 inches needed for the carryon to clear. Photos show 1) how it sits on medium check-in suitcase, 2) how your hand has to wedge in to grasp the handle, and 3) how it SHOULD sit—shown on a suitcase from another brand that had telescoping handles.

Carry-on Bag with great space!

I travel weekly for business and used this along with my Platinum Elite hard case carry on suitcase. The tote fit fine on the carry-on. Great open main space to hold clothes, shoes, etc. It does not have a padded space to protect your laptop. It has 2 outside zipper compartments, great for tablet, e-reader and odds and ends. I took this bag on 2 different airline carriers and 3 different planes. It does fit nicely under the seat on CRJ-900 first class and main cabin and Airbus A321 comfort plus. However it didn’t fit standing upright on the 737 main cabin extra flight. I had to lay the bag on its side to fit under the seat. Very well constructed and great over the shoulder strap. Even the best brands fail.

A quality brand I have for which I have regard. I bought two 25” bags. One of them failed immediately. Upon packing for the first time, when it was lifted the handle ripped away from the body of the suitcase. Had to quickly repack into the other one to get to the airport. So far, so good. The key for me will how we’ll Macy’s handles the return of defective merchandise and replaces it in kind at no cost to me other than aggravation. We shall see as the process is not complete yet.

Helpful companion/ weekend bag, limited versatility

I was pleasantly surprised when seeing this bag for the first time; for the 25 liter capacity it doesn’t look so small. This bag was a suitable companion to my favorite carry-on suitcase from TravelPro, and that helper loop on the bag (though a bit loose) helped it stay on.I do wish the back loop that went on the telescoping handle of suitcases was a little tighter, and that the leather was more high quality. I only used it for a few weeks to transport groceries, go on weekend holidays, and gather gifts from farmers markets, and I’m already noticing a little tearing from the handles and where the shoulder strap meets the bag. I wish the leather/plastic for the hardware wasn’t so thin, I fear it will break. Packs fast and holds a ton!

TravelPro nailed it with this bag. Pros: Amazingly, I could pack everything I needed for a weekend in this bag alone, including 16" MacBook Pro, dress clothes and heels...this bag holds a ton! The bag packs really fast and easy into one large interior space; also loved the interior pocket that fits a passport perfectly. Lightweight but tough fabric. The padded shoulder strap is great when this bag gets heavy with the computer. Pairs beautifully with my TravelPro carry-on roller board, as it has the back strap that allows it to stack -- it doesn't tip the carry-on if the heavy items are packed at the back near the strap. Passed with Flying Colors

I purchased this bag for a long European vacation which involved many planes, trains and automobiles. I am happy to say this bag fit under the seat on the first united flight which was a smaller plane. It is the perfect size to put a large toiletry bag, books, small laptop or iPad and easy to carry and manage. I was able to fit a large toiletry bag, my travel messenger bag, a down vest, umbrella, snacks and purchases along the way. It has 2 outside pockets and one on the inside. My only observation was the outside sleeve that you can slide on the roller suitcase was a little on the large size causing the bag to lean out but I wrapped the carry handles on the top to the roller handle which secured it. Perfect Personal Item Bag

I purchased this because I needed a spacious crushable bag that would definitely fit under the seat in front of me on a plane, including small commuter planes and European planes. I had recently returned from a European trip where my tusty tote bag That worked on domestic flights was too large for many of the planes. And I discovered it it was also too large for some of the domestic flights because of the charging panels that now run alongside the bottom of the seats, reducing the amount of leg space you have. I have just returned from one trip, and I am leaving for another trip soon internationally. I can say that this bag worked perfectly for my purposes. It had lots of room for all of my individual organizing cubes for small items that I carry with me. It held my travel blanket and umbrella, my travel pillow, My tech organizing cube with all my chargers, headphones, etc., a Kindle, ziplock bags of snacks, my passport wallet, Glasses case, sunglasses, and my TSA311 toiletry bag. If I didn’t need the blanket or the travel pillow, it would have a ton of empty space in it. Without the travel pillow, I could fit 20-0z. water bottle as well. I especially like the sleek, simple styling of the bag. Black, elegant, fits perfectly on top of my travel roller. Lightweight fabric although it seems perfectly substantial with good quality zippers. I like the two outside pockets which hold My ID, passport, wallet, lip balm, and phone for quick and easy assess. This bag is likely too large to be used as a purse, but it is allowed as a personal item, and I simply slip a small clutch bag inside to change out for items that I want to carry as a purse, once I arrive at my destination. All in all, it Functioned perfectly for my purposes on my trip, and am looking forward repacking it for my international trip.

Roomy Personal item bag

Looks nice, plenty of space for my lightweight sweater, snacks, laptop, a book or two with room for my belt bag purse. Several pockets and compartments. My only complaint was that it didn't really fit under my seat well. There was always an area under the seat that prevented the bag from fully fitting. Maybe if I was in first class, it would better fit. In coach it will be in the way of your feet. I don't like it in the overhead compartments because I want quick easy access throughout the flight.
