I got this so I could continue my physical therapy routine at home, and I'm so glad I did. Made from sturdy material, and works wonders on my back. I saw you could also use this as a way to strengthen your core, and incorporated a few other things into my routine to help with my lower back pain. If you need a foam roller, I'd highly suggest this one.

I bought this roller because of my scoliosis, and I must say, it has helped relieve some of my symptoms. Perfect size that fits in my small Nike Duffel, very portable. The product itself is made out of good material. I would definitely recommend going with the roller that has the softer foam, the more rigid foam is far too uncomfortable for me, but it maybe be more suited to someone with denser muscle groups. Overall, great buy but could be a little cheaper as far as value goes.
