I will never use another diaper rash cream again! My son was pooping 3 times a day for weeks and it caused a terrible raw diaper rash that just would not go away. Nothing was helping the poor little guy. I would change his diapers every hour and smear diaper rash cream on his bum and give him plenty of baths but it still didn’t go away. Last night a friend gave me a container of this diaper rash product and she told me to give it a try cause it works for her hemorrhoids. I applied it last night before my son went to bed. What was red and raw last night is now almost gone. Within 12 hours its hardly noticeable that he even had a terrible diaper rash. We tried many creams my son was always super sensitive the only cream that would work for rashes the we tried so many and his rash would get worse and worse it got so bad he ended up bleeding from being raw even with oatmeal baths they helped but we tried everything this cream was amazing took away his rash no more than two days. I'm using this for face basting, as recommended by Dr Shereen Idris (Youtube), at night slathering on a thick layer of this cream as my last skin-care step before bed (put serum underneath but not retinol and not acids as they can irritate trapped under this occlusive nappy cream). It has 12.8% zinc oxide which calms down red and irritated skin. I wake up in the morning with plump, moisturised, smooth skin with reduced or removed redness. I've used other zinc oxide creams from pharmacy where I live, but Dr Shereene recommended this particular formula so giving this a go to compare with others.

Usually, the regular strength Desitin works but not this time. The Max Desitin worked a little but no huge improvement. Tried A&D and Aquaphor and would help some but not get us over the hump. It is not a fugue nor yeast infection. It was recommended to us to try Vaseline and coconut oil. After trying those plus the other products now we encountered severe diaper rash and what looks like to be a chemical burn. So so bad! Decided to switch to Triple Paste as per recommendation from a mom’s group. In less than 24 hours I’m seeing a HUGE improvement and my child is not screaming any more with diaper changes. Saw Dr. Shereen Idriss talking about using diaper rash cream on your face if you suffer for any type of redness/rash/sensitivity. In her video she recommended Triple Paste.I bought it and could not be happier with the result. I plaster it on my face overnight and wake up with smooth, relieved skin! Recommend to apply it as the last step of your routine.Yes, it's made for diaper rash, but I find the formulation and the quality of the ingredients excellent for what my face needs. No unnecessary stuff, no fragrance etc(The smaller size is good for your first use, to try it out. I'll be buying the bigger one next time)
Great for babies with sensitive skin. Really hate how overpriced it is for such a mediocre working product. The tub aspect is gross and unsanitary. Had to throw it away due to contamination. Overall if they made a larger tube product I would use again. But this is half the price of their 2oz tubes. There’s no way I want to pay 8$ for 2oz of this ointment. I’d rather use aquaphor diaper cream. It works better and is still fragrance free.

I would give it a solid 5/5 if not for the price, which I do think is far overreaching. I've got 3 kids, and only just on my youngest i found this diaper cream, and OMG, i wish i would've found it sooner. My daughter is 2, and ever since she was born, she has gotten rashes very easily. This has consistently been the only cream that has ever stopped that. I seriously put it on her with every diaper no matter what because it also helps with cleaning her if she poo's, so that's always great. But yep, after 3 kids, i can honestly say that this is the best cream I've ever found, and i 100 % recommend it to any parent. Oh, but also, only get this big tub, because if you get the small tube, then your little one will figure out how to open it, and it's not very fun if so. But with this one they can't open it so you're good on that.
