Very good product, quickly removes stains even ones that haven't been found for awhile.
I bought this a month ago and so happy I did because we had been battling with the smell of a dead rodent underneath our house for days.
Currently have a new cat in our house which was peeing ever ! And because of this my boy was spraying in return to make out his part of the house. This spray got rid of all stains and odors! Has a nice baby powder smell and it easy to use, literly just spray and blot. As for the prevents remarking I guess only time will tell but havnt had a pee incident since using this product for three days.
