I drink this every morning ... and these days, if I skip it, my body complains. I like knowing that even if I don't find time to eat nutritious meals during my busy work days, that my body has got something good to work from. This is the only super green mix I've found that tastes great in just water, and that I can tolerate on an empty stomach.

I have an unusually sensitive stomach. This power is very neutral. The flavour is not offensive; reasonable for a button focused low FODMAP powder. I do feel awesome on it, too.

I was about to enter a big training block, and as a father of two young girls I thought it might be worth trying out the New Greens to help fight off the preschool/kindergarten colds. Happy to say I’ve made it through the other side unscathed and feeling/recovering great the whole time. 10/10 definitely making this product part of my standard quiver from True

My partner and myself always order the greens and we use it every morning. We love the flavours an always feel so much better after we have used the product. It gives us everything green we need in two teaspoons. Thanks True
The pineapple tastes much better than other spirulina/greens products I have used in the past. I haven't tried the lemon burst yet. I mix it with True Gut Health with water in my Blendjet and it is pretty tasty ( I tried coconut water but that combination was way too sweet). I think your taste buds have to get use to these types of products. My teens and husband think it tastes awful but I am used to natural remedies, green smoothies, etc, which they are not. I don't know if it is doing anything health-wise, but I am feeling good and it is worth a shot.We love True products, but the only thing I would suggest is that True bring out a range of refillable canisters for all of their products which you could buy separately. We get the HASTA protein powders for my son and a canister for the different flavours would be great too - making it much easier to dispense. I've always purchased the Greens blend. This new formula and pineapple flavour is excellent. I now enjoy drinking it. The container is also a huge improvement and makes sense. The sachet packet was messy.
I love that I can choose the Greens blend with no flavouring. Natural is my first choice. The neutral taste doesn't take away from the flavour of a smoothie and as a straight blend you can DIY flavour if you need to. The mix texture is also great.
Tastes even worse than the original. Does not mix in well and does not seem to provide me with the daily staying power that the original formula did. The new blend is a very big disappointment. I used to regularly recommend the original Greens to my friends but I am afraid I can't do so with the new version. So very sad about the new mix.
This mixes easily in water or smoothies but I do struggle to get past the smell of spirulina. I originally thought buying the natural flavour would be easier in smoothies but perhaps the flavoured versions would be better for that purpose. It seems to work best for me to mix it in a small glass of coconut water.
My overall experience with the greens have been amazing!! I got the Flavour mango, and for what I was expecting it tastes amazing in some nice icy cold water!!! Makes it so easy to get my greens in early first thing in the morning!! Along with helping my gut health and regularity for sure. Also though I don’t get bloated a lot, I have also found I get less bloated at the end of the day. Definitely would recommend 110%!!!
