I love this bag (I have this and the international); my only complaint is that I wish I'd waited a year and got the current model with the full zip dividers. I got mine a year earlier and when I got the international model I was gutted that the continental didn't have the same features. Although the bag appears the same in almost every other way, I MUCH prefer the fully zipped compartments, but it's far too expensive to replace based on this alone. Agreed with the other reviews about scratches; I tried to fight it for a while but eventually I just embraced them. No dings so long as I never gate check it, so I save this for cross-country flights.

Tumi has long been known for its quality suitcases. However, this new aluminum series with the angled ripples really outshines any other brand, including the traditional Romola brand. While the suitcase is slightly on the heavy side, it is extremely well-built. It is extremely functional and I’ve had nothing but, wonderful experience traveling with this case all over the world. I continue to get comments about how great the suitcase looks and I especially love how they designed the wheels on this as it’s so smooth, and so effortless to push around the airport or down the street.

Love TUMI and all of it’s features. TUMI’s customer service can’t be beat. I had the Extended Trip 19 degree and wanted the carry on. Only problem is with the color. Ordered Extended Trip in Berry but it is a much lighter color (must be hibiscus) and I love it. The Carry on in Berry is much darker so they do not match, wish it was hibiscus.

I haven’t used it yet, but I have been using Tumi bags for 40 years. I love thé color, and the 22” size is just right. It is roomy compared to one I purchased during the Anniversary sale last year, which was much smaller. I ultimately returned that one. I have always enjoyed the wheels and telescoping mechanism that Tumi uses on their roller bags, and have never had any complaints about their suitcases.
I have been wanting this size carry-on for some time. I envisioned any number of shades when I read about and saw Hibiscus online. But not this one. It’s absolutely awful. Looks like a berry smoothie if you also blend cacao in, and then it’s not so pretty anymore. They should call it deep mauve or something. I hope everyone else loves it, but I couldn’t be more disappointed.
Nice case well build and light.It is shorter than I anticipated. I could not find one locally to look at before I bought it. This will probably be ok for a 1-2 day summer trip max. I don't want to have to expand the case before I leave for my destination to pack everything. I normally expand on the way home if needed.For the price I paid I could have gotten another brand that I had researched for less money and had a bit more room.
I love this suit case for a number of reasons. First the quality is without question the best. The wheels roll like butter, the zippers are heavy duty and clearly meant to work well under pressure. And the locks are solid. I chose this particular case because of the color. It stands out from the sea of black and silver bags out there. The personalized initials and gold trim - add just the right amount class and sophistication to the case. Highly recommend. This suitcase is worth every penny.
The picture is incredibly misleading as this piece does not even sniff the color white. It’s hard to believe because white would be an obvious choice. (I knew I was taking the risk when I ordered it.) To be positive, it is a well made piece of luggage that is somewhat unique with cool green details. I love that it is light, rolls smooth and is a great size. Purchased on sale and decided to keep it.
I have three of these cases, same style but different color. I was attracted to this one because of the usb port/power outlet. This item does not come with the power bank or external cord, for use. So, you will have to spend more to use this advertised feature. If you pay this much for a small piece of luggage, it should come with all pieces to properly use it.
I recently went on a 12 day multiple plane/airport and hotels as well as the 7 day cruise. I purchased the Biaggi bags thinking they were so light weight it would give me an advantage in packing more and still handling the bags. WRONG! I ended up after the cruise buying two Lilac Tumi's at the San Juan Puerto Rico mall which a gulped at the price but LOVE THESE! I think I had a stupid grin plastered on my face when I had to go home via 4 airports/flights. My only reservation is in the longevity. The telescoping handles have some excess play between the rod and the suitcase making them feel less sturdy. But I am still in love with these and smile when I think about them.
