Bed was packaged good for transport with a lot of padding, the boxes had a few dents and holes but the product was good in box. Bed was easily assembled within an hour, the only down side was some of the panels were sanded to much so can see the mdf under the white. But generally a good product.

Came with incorrect parts. I showed staff in store. We sent evidence to customer care. I am waiting 4 days and still have no update on what to do. The bed itself looks nice but a little 3 year old boy will not have his bed for Christmas.

Delivery was faster than expected. The quality of the bed is good amd it was easy to assemble. Only complaint was that it smelled quite strong of paint and the parts needed airing out for a few days before the smell was gone.
