It is really effective but you have to use some energy. My car was not polished for 9 years n the water mark has penetrated to the paint layer. For easy of rubbing, I use a sprayer to spray water on the surface then I use a 4\" round sponge to apply the rubbing compound (one turn on the paste is enough). Subsequently rubbed on the bonnet horiz n vertically. Buff with a clean cloth n repeat for 2 or 3x. Clean the surface with IPA n check the surface. It should be ready for polish and end by waxing

I love the way Turrle Wax really gives your car a great clean shine. It's easy to apply just rub it on and afterwards you rub it off. My Dad used Turtle Wax every weekend when he'd wash all our cars and his trucks. I'd go help him and of course he was so meticulous on cleaning the vehicles he'd go right over me. My whole family uses Turtle Wax every time we wash our cars.

Favorite! I remember when I was a little girl my poppaw and my dad would use the turtle wax to clean their cars! They never cleaned their car without using turtle wax! When I grew up and bought my own vehicles I would always buy the turtle wax because I know it works! Now my kids are driving and my boy was washing his car last week and he pulled out the turtle wax! I guess you could say it’s a family tradition using turtle wax! It works. It’s great priced and it lasts a long time!

I have tried so many different brands of car cleaning protectent products over the years. I have an old school Acura Integra and 21 Ford Explorer that i like to take extra good care of. Turtle wax is one of the few brands that i trust no matter what! This stuff works exactly as you hope it will, plus some! Reasonably priced and worth the investmant!

This was an easy application and dried fairly quickly. I had no problem cleaning the dirt, oil stains and tar from the truck. It doesn’t leave a residue on the rubber or plastic trim. When the job is finished, it feels like a ceramic coating with long lasting effects. I definitely recommend this product.

Just the right compound - not too harsh or weak

Worked perfectly with drill mounted buffer. Need to wet sand with 2000 grit first, as its not harsh enough to completely smooth the surface. End result will be hazy as this is not meant for final buffing. Need to use the normal (not heavy duty) compound after this for a factory finish shine.
