Raspy, scratchy, and coarse aren’t usually adjectives I use to describe a perfume positively, but they’re appropriate for Tuscan Leather. In the dry down it lost the thick invasive smell and transformed into a beautiful sweet leather, and the raspberry note becomes more creamy along with some floral notes. Be warned, it’s quite strong and remains this way for a few hours. 2-3 sprays of this will last 8+ hours easily. It is definitely a night-time perfume and best suited for formal occasion, preferably in colder seasons(if you’re looking for more versatility and easy wearing go to Ombré Leather). I never fall for hype around fragrances, because I never like them. But this is one lives up to the hype if you like the smell of natural leather. Tuscan leather is one of my favorite scents of all time, and undoubtedly go down in perfume history. It just smells like the perfect blend of dirty, sexy, dark, and professional at the same time. It’s one of the only few long lasting Tom fords left. However it sadly lost that amazing top note that people once compared to the smell of Columbian fine ice due to reformation and is a lot tamer now. It’s still amazing but just doesn’t have the ballsiness it once had anymore. It still has good projection, and decent longevity. However id buy it if you have the money for it otherwise I want consider this reformulated version a must have.

It took a couple hours of wearing this fragrance before I would get a quick whiff of floral smell, similar to the smell of jasmine; however, this more feminine jasmine smell is overpowered by the masculine smells of frankincense. The fragrance did have a very long-lasting wear, about 7-10 hours. So I must say that the price tag of this fragrance would be worth it when it comes to the longevity of the fragrance on your body.As I mentioned earlier, Tom Ford’s Tuscan Leather Travel Spray is marketed to be an unisex fragrance. However, the first several hours of wearing this fragrance, it is so overpowered by such a strong masculine scent and smell, I could never actually wear this, as a female, and feel comfortable or feminine.

Stong potion

The strongest parfum from all Tom Ford Fragrances, in my opinion. For strong man or woman who likes a leather scents. As I do not luke the other leather fragrance, ombré leather, I adore this one. It is much more authentic scent of a leather, in my opinion, softer and sweather. The cherry on the top, in this case the raspberry on the top, is the bint of rasbperry scent in this fragrance. Masterpiece idea, raspberry adds sourness and it lightens up this fragrance, without it, tuscan leather would be too heavy and too sweet. Trully genius idea!
