Apparently, buying 6-packs of the 3.53 oz is the cheapest per ounce. Going with the 7 oz tins results in a higher price per ounce, probably because of the sales volume of the smaller size. Some people complained when Twinings reformulated their Earl Grey back around 2011. I spent my teen years in the UK and fondly recall this as my favorite tea. I like the new blend even better, having a stronger bergamot flavor. I find this makes for a more refreshing and invigorating cup of tea due to the stimulating effects of the terpenes found in bergamot. With a Royal Appointment going back a couple centuries, you can never go wrong with Twinings. The Queen herself starts every day with a cup of this blend and, don't forget, Earl Grey was the beverage of choice for Captain ... MoreApparently, buying 6-packs of the 3.53 oz is the cheapest per ounce. The company is finally working on their ethics as well and, while they are a bit late to the game, I believe, in time, the ethical questions about their trade and labor practices will go away. As a consumer, I am willing to accept the increase in price that comes with ethical production standards.

I love this tea, it’s my first loose tea I've gotten in a tin, and Im really glad I did. The flavor is just right, and it lasts a really long time. Steeping time varies for me since I tend to use 1/3 cup of whole milk with my tea but the flavor still comes through. It also tastes amazing when drinking it black! The packaging is pristine and keeps the tea so much fresher than cardboard boxes. It's a whole new experience as a tea drinker! I love the tin and I'm really tempted to only buy tea in tins from now on.

I'm a tea snob, and outside of cold brew teas I hate the taste of tea bags. I swear I can taste the bleach used to whiten them and adding hot water just brings that taste out. Honestly this stuff isn't bad. I love an EG tea with a strong bergamot taste and this delivers. Add a splash of milk and a tiny amount of sweetener and its probably my favorite hot drink in the morning. That said it is milled fairly fine and thus it tends to collect at the bottom of my cup even with my tea strainer. With a tighter mesh strainer it should be ok however.

Years ago, I used to drink Twining’s Earl Grey quite a bit, then I got off caffeine so I stopped. Recently, I began missing this tea so I searched and found this loose tea tin. It’s still a good tea, however, it’s less fragrant than how I remember it. I’m not sure if they changed the strength of bergamot or if it’s from Twining’s USA rather than from UK. The one I used to drink was straight from their UK company. Still, as far as Earl Grey teas go, it’s a good tea and I very much appreciate that it’s available in loose leaf tea form and not teabags.
What girl doesn't love practical, cute little tins, especially when they contain one of her favorite tea blends? A nice plus that they accepted EBT as payment. The tin arrived in excellent condition with no dents and fast delivery. Tea was not the quality I expected. It was extremely STALE, which made it weak
Lady Grey is floral and delicious as always. I buy from iHerb because my local grocery stores don't carry loose leaf teas. I prefer loose leaf so I can vary the strength of the brews to suit my tastes, minimize waste, and because I think it tastes fresher than bagged tea. The tins I received have a peel-off aluminum foil cover underneath the lid (so, the loose tea leaves are stored directly inside the tin, not inside a bag that is placed inside the tin). I like this design because it is reduces plastic waste and keeps the tea plenty fresh. I tend to save these types of tins and reuse them as either drawer organizers or gift boxes.
This is my favorite blend of tea at the moment. Packaging is in a tin with an interior seal to preserve quality. I love to brew this for an afternoon cuppa; I take it strong with half and half and a spoonful of sugar. (I've been meaning to try oat milk next, that's very popular right now.) The citrus and floral notes from the orange peel, bergamot and dried cornflowers pair beautifully with the tea; I find it well balanced, relaxing and delicious. :)
I can not believe I found this product on Iherbs website. I just recently experienced Lady Grey Tea and I love it. This is a milder tasting tea than Grey Earl tea and if you love tea, I would recommend this tea. It is loose tea which you will need a strainer to remove tea leaves but I think the loose tea tastes better. I can not say enough good things about IHerb, the prices are so great, they ship immediately and I get what I ordered in a few days. Quicker then Amazon now. I highly recommend this product.
I have been drinking the twinnings earl grey in the yellow can for a few years and cant, wont drink anything else. Lipton tastes nasty after drinking this. Decided to try the lady grey tea so bought the smaller can. Wow! The leaves smell really nice, very aromatic. The tea is very aromatic and tastes great. I really enjoy this tea and am pleasantly surprised. I think this is my favorite tea now. I will try to get the bigger can next tea but have to finish the earl grey first.
