Good chair. However having problems with the lever not bring the tilt back up. It's fine on the way down, but I have to push the back of the chair with my hand to bring it back up.

Awesome chair, super comfy

I bought one of these chairs for my wife and got another for myself a few days later. This chair is very comfortable to the point where it is easy to have a short nap if you're feeling tired. Thinking specifically about the chair, the cushions are firm, but very supportive. It would be very easy to sit in this chair if you work from home for the day.

Firm Supportive and Comfortable Chair

Brought home one after trying all the chairs at Werribee branch. This chair is heavy and the manual does recommend assembly done by two people. Package weight is 29kg. The heaviest part have to be the seat. Firm cushion, which is how I like it as it will properly support my spine. Have been sitting on it for the last two weeks working from home with 2-3 breaks. The cushion, back and depth is perfectly comfortable so hopefully this will last a year or two. The chair arms are the flimsiest part of this chair, entirely made of hard plastic and rattles happily when pushed at their most forward position. Idea for future chairs: if you make the chair arm long enough and stable enough at forward position, you can use it as a mouse pad. Good value and very comfortable
7 October 2022

I work from home regularly and use this chair for 8 hours or more when I do. It's supportive and solid. The negatives are 1) the arms angle out fairly easily if you press against them, a locking mechanism would have been great. 2) the side covers are a pain in the butt to screw in but they aren't necessary for the chair so you can leave them out or get another pair of hands to help you out.

Great Chair - Needs extra lumbar support
17 April 2022

Bought this to replace a garbage onex chair and it was both cheaper and better build quality.Wish it shipped with a lumbar pillow instead of a head pillow as it needs a bit more support but definitely great value

Initially comfortable, but terrible build
26 August 2022

The chair was initially comfortable but within a week of owning it the reclining mechanic wore through and the teeth became so damaged that the back of the chair would fall all the way back with even a light amount of weight against it, terrible cheap material used on what should be the strongest part of the chair, I can't believe this is considered acceptable on such a premium priced product. Enjoyed the chair at first but within 5 days of owning it it became practically unusable.

Massive Failure in Casters
6 February 2022

I bought this chair a little over 3 months ago and the casters have begun to disintegrate. I THOUGHT they were metal as they had the same color and texture as the base of the chair which IS metal. Very misleading, frustrating and disappointing.

Assembling the small plastic parts I and J to cover the sides are not straight forward and no easy. Not friendly to self assembly

Piece of overpriced garbage

Do not buy this chair at any price. Bought this chair 2 weeks ago, and within 2 weeks the seat cushion and padding towards the back of the seat deteriorated, and I started to feel the hard surface underneath the cushion or pad. It became so uncomfortable that just did not want to seat on it. One of four screws beneath seat also did not tighten fully. I ignored it initially, but after the deterioration of seat cushion, I realized that this chair is by far the worse chair I ever purchased. I was using this chair for 12 hrs everyday while working from home and for watching movies as well, but I never sat on this chair continuously for more than 2 hrs, and still the pad got compressed so quickly within just 10 days says a lots about the substandard quality of this ... MoreDo not buy this chair at any price. Head pillow must be used all the time, otherwise the hard surface can be felt on the back of the head without the pillow. No proper cushion for resting the head. Chair squeaks little bit but did not expect it to start squeaking within10 days of use only. Found the tilt to be really hard although I did try to loosen the tilt tension from underneath. Chair is very bad considering the price tag it has. Returned it.
